We are first time customers and called Bradford's for some plumbing work in our home. Very knowledgeable and personable when we addressed our concerns to them. One of our issues was the second floor never had adequate pressure and volume through the sinks. Steve pointed out that our downstairs water lines were undersized and would need to be changed out from old galvanized pipe to new Pex tubing.
The new pipe will help with the water volume going to our second floor which helped tremendously. Before work began Steve was very upfront about what needed to be done as well as reasonable pricing. Very Accommodating as well, willing to schedule us in around our work schedules that were best for us.
