When I called they told me they were busy, but would send some one as soon as possible. In less than 1/2 hour I received a call and in very few minutes they arrived. After evaluating the problem, they gave me a very clear estimate of cost. After completing the job, I was getting out my checkbook when one of the plumbers went back into the bathroom and detected a very quiet running noise, so he took out the part they'd just replaced and put in another. Noise gone. Appreciated that they checked. Will call on them again.
