Great service. I schedule from year to year for my maintenance. April and October. The technicians are friendly and reputable as well as timely. The techs do a wonderful job on my a/c, furnace, water heater and dryer vent twice yearly and never leave any type of mess. Quite frankly, I would not consider any other company.

Scott provided summer maintenance for my HVAC system in June 2024. While here, he professionally answered several questions I had relating to the care and maintenance of my system.

Over and beyond service! Technician did his semi-annual service on my AC unit. Took care of everything, and even helped with a hose that was stuck to our socket. He took the time out to fix it! I'm very pleased with Central Penn Plumbing Service, Inc. Highly recommended!

Central Penn Plumbing Service Inc has always been a company we can rely on. They perform preventive maintenance on our oil furnace twice a year to keep it efficient and reliable. We are also very pleased with the quality of the electrical work they performed for us which involved replacing a fuse box with a breaker box for a sub panel. They also bailed us out a few years ago by proving incredibly rapid emergency service on our oil furnace.

I highly recommend Central Penn Plumbing Service, Inc. Recently their technician, Brian, responded for an AC issue to my elderly parent. He was very professional, courteous, continually called me (out of town) to advise what he found and how he was going to fix it. He also called to advise me my mother-in-law had fallen in the home while he was heading toward his truck.

He found her on the floor, picked her up, and stayed with her until a relative could get there. Brian, thank you so much for going above and beyond the scope of your job! Also, his work was great and he fixed the AC on one of the hottest days so far this summer.

Mark provided a spring inspection. Was very informative about was he was checking on. Not only did a nice job but also interacted with our pets. He also made sure he was not tracking dirt. Hopefully he'll be back for the fall inspection

Chris did an amazing job. He was very professional. Found the problem quickly and got the parts to fix our water heater. He made sure everything was working before he departed. We will definitely use Central Penn Plumbing again and highly recommend them to anyone needing their services.

Alex is awesome! Always courteous, upbeat, honest, and cleans up after himself. My expansion tank on the water heater was on it's last leg and he brought it to my attention. As a result, Chris is on his way to install a new one! Alex also suggested that I have my water tested, even though it's public water. He explained that PA has hard water, and as a result Calcium is prevalent and hard on the pipes and appliances.

To sum up, I was one of the real estate agents that represented Yingst Homes in building the communities of Thornhill and Crosswinds in Hampden Township. That being said, in the seven years that I worked with Central Penn Plumbing & Heating all of the professionals, both in the field and in the office, always went above and beyond! We hired Central Penn Plumbing for our master bathroom renovation project. Every aspect of our experience was 5 star. Starting with setting up the estimate, all the way through to completion, every CPP employee was polite, respectful, professional, and most importantly, the work was done correctly, when scheduled. Their employees are obviously well trained and they're sent out with well equipped vans with quality material. Their workmanship was excellent, too. The pricing for their services was fair and reasonable. We will not hesitate to use CPP again.

Great experience from the beginning. As a new homeowner, I had a lot of questions. They were patient and provided me all the information I asked for. After the free estimate on a new HVAC, he even came back a second time (for free) to answer more questions and ensure I had all the options I was looking for. Installation went very smoothly and completed in 2 days. Highly recommend!

Amazing experience! We had a minor plumbing issue and decided to give Central Penn a call after receiving a postcard in the mail. The woman who answered the phone made scheduling super quick and easy. We called in the morning, and she was able to schedule a tech for later that same afternoon. Casey, the tech, was the best. He was professional, fixed the issue quickly, and happily explained the work he did.

So grateful we got their postcard in the mail, and absolutely will be calling and requesting Casey for any future plumbing issues we have! Thanks for an awesome experience all around.

Excellent service! Both technicians were phenomenal and did a great job! Even Madison was great and able to get the guys to come the same day I called! Also, I was amazed that the owner gave me a call that evening thanking me for becoming a new customer! Central Penn Plumbing is amazing, would recommend to anyone! I've never had such great service! Five stars are not enough to express the quality of work and dedication of the employees at Central Penn and its owner, Scott. Our geothermal heating unit stopped working in the middle of winter. Geothermal units are very complex, particularly when they rely upon an open ground well system. It turned out that there were multiple problems with different pieces of equipment, which required follow-up visits and coordination with the well company. Scott and his team were fantastic the entire time and they never stopped working/investigating until all the problems were discovered and solved.

Every one of them was extremely professional and kind, clearly explaining all the issues and processes involved. Central Penn saved us from having to replace the entire system in the dead of winter. We could not have asked for better service and time and attention to our problems -- AND at a more than reasonable rate. Their office staff were also great to workk with. We ultimately will be replacing our heating system (with a conventional heat pump) and we definitely will be using Central Penn.
