I highly recommended Bill Fry the Plumbing Guy. I have used them twice now, they are fairly priced and flat out do GREAT work. Plus you don't have to wait a week to get an appointment.at least that's been my experience.

Bill came out and was very helpful and informative and
was able to diagnose my plumbing issue when others couldn't! he worked with me on pricing and even got me scheduled asap. the tech that came out was polite and answered all our questions and was very knowledgeable I'll definitely be a returning customer

Called from HOA recommendation. Had a blocked hot water line and bathroom drain leak. Jeremy was very professional and thoroughly addressed all of our issues including water heater and shut-off valve replacement. Very pleased with the prompt service and reasonable pricing. Will definitely use them in the future and highly recommend this company.

After the last big thunder storm the power went out and the estimate was that it was going to be out for 24 hours. This caused me to search out a company to install an automatic battery backup system for each of two sump pumps. A neighbor recommended Bill Fry the Plumbing Guy. Today, Bill Fry sent his team over on my very tight time schedule and they arrived at 7:30 am and in two hours the 2 systems were expertly installed.

The guys were super professional and made sure that everything was clean and operating before they left. In my estimation they went well beyond my expectations. They have made a new friend and a loyal customer. I highly recommend Bill Fry and his company for any plumbing need- you will not be disappointed!

Had an emergency shower plumbing problem on a Saturday morning the day before I was leaving town. Called Bill Fry and Bill had my problem fixed and by 10:30 am that day. The most honest, knowledgeable and pleasant plumber I have ever worked with. Next time I have an issue with any plumbing Bill will be my first call.

Had Kyle H out today to repair two broken pipes (the weather) and also to install a new shower valve/trim for one of the bathrooms in my house. He did an excellent job, very professional, very thorough. Plumbing can be pricey and the results stay with you a long time in your home, so you want to use folks like Kyle @BillFry - I plan to for my next plumbing need (there's always something :)

We had to replace the main line from the meter to the house excellent service very responsive getting the line replaced and the technician explained everything and made sure we were happy. Very happy they were able to fit us in with their busy schedule being that if the fittings at the main line that was leaking had fully failed it would have been a huge issue

Jesse texted me when he was approximately 20 minutes away so I was well aware of his arrival. He was extremely professional, polite & he explained everything thoroughly. He also showed me several things throughout the process & answered all of my questions. He took the time to ensure I had an understanding of opening & closing shut-off valves to ensure some of my still frozen pipes would not burst as they thaw.
