Excellent and profession service! 09-10-2024 OneStop Plumbers were on it to say the least! I had my insurance company out, to no avail, they don't cover pipe breakage, only the damage it causes. Had two other plumbers give me an estimates, which were quite high and how they couldn't get to the job right away because they were all booked up. I had one neighbor suggest calling a local 'mom & pop' business here in Corona and another neighbor and friend suggested I call OneStop Plumbers who were local, that her church used and how they were reasonable at cost.

After ringing them just before 10am, they were at my home two hours after calling that same day. Dylan and Jay, both pleasant and professional. I was given a quote and informed of the what-ifs, depending of what they discovered. As they went to work in the three digit temperature outside, and after sawing, cutting and digging, they found the broken pipe and finished the job just after two hours!

It needed to dry now and Dylan stopped by once again 90 mins later to turn the main on for me. I'd like to thank both my neighbors for steering me in the right direction in finding a local and reputable business that gives good service! I don't often leave a review, but I would just like to say that I highly recommend OneStop Plumbers for the decent and honest job they did! Received a quick and reasonable quote from OneStop. They provided a next day service and arrived on time. They kept me informed in a timely manner. Dylan arrived in time and was very professional for the tankless annual flush. He even showed me how he completed the process. One stop plumbers is awesome! I called them as a "3rd opinion, " because I didn't like our first two plumbers with their opinions about "fixing an unknown leak in our house. Travis showed up and went straight to work. He found the leak, did MINIMAL invasive "damage" to our drywall and discovered the leak. The leak was in an extremely difficult place to repair in the walls and behind built in cabinetry.

To my amazement, Travis said he could fix it without having to "sawzall" our built-in cabinets or wrecking our bathroom. He was amazing and saved us probably thousands of dollars! The other two plumbing companies wanted to literally "demo" both our bathroom and shower AND. The office wall on the other side! They told us that there was "no other options." Travis proved them otherwise, as he literally thought "outside the box." Thank you One stop plumbers for helping us, fixing the problem within hours and being honest and utmost professionals! I have OneStop Plumbers saved into my contact list because my little boy won't stop flushing wipes down the toilet which clogs our drains. OneStop Plumbers are the best, they show up to the rescue fast and on time. Dylan came to help me out today and fixed my issue, he's such a great guy and gave us tips to not get us stuck in these situations anymore.

Great experience thankfully for a last-minute job. Ryan was awesome! Very friendly and personable but most of all professional. The only critique I have is that he cleans up like my husband. You missed a few items during the cleanup. But it was totally fine. I would definitely use one stop plumbing again.

Had a major leak coming up into my home from the ground. They were able to come out the next day and give me the best of 3 estimates, in detail and in writing. Started work the following day and I couldn't be there, so they called me every step of the way with findings and updates. Conrad and Ryan were incredible. All the leaks were fixed, pipes rerouted and I'm one happy home owner. Hands down would recommend to anyone needing leak detection and repair.

We needed a kitchen faucet changed since it was old & leaking. Searched Google, with good reviews, and Called One Stop Plumbers. Teara was so very friendly & understanding. Even gave an estimate over the phone, which was really reasonable. I had my work scheduled all week, but Teara scheduled us a plumber available for the weekend. Ryan did a good job.

Since we Noticed that the water filter pressure got low, I called again to get it checked out. Teara was very kind & sent us another plumber Ryan to check things out. I saw this company in Yelp and saw good reviews so I made it a shot. They are really good from scheduling to finishing the work. No hidden charges and they will let you know before hand how much would it cost before fixing the problem. Wade is the Technician which is very awesome! He laid out plastic to contain the dirt and took his time fixing the problem without rushing. Best of all, their price is reasonable for having such a good company.
