Absolutely top notch, above and beyond job by Deri Forden. I had an ancient thermostat installed in the 1960s, working with a community boiler and chiller system, and Deri successfully replaced the thermostat with a modern model after basically having to work out the wiring from scratch. He talked to other technicians at 888 and even reached out to the original thermostat manufacturer to try and get the information needed - which no one had, but Deri got the job done regardless. 888 in general was great to work with, everyone I spoke to was professional and knowledgeable. Ian got to my home earlier than quoted and was able to troubleshoot my furnace issue as well as some others. He educated me the entire time what he was doing and looking for and made recommendations like I was a family friend over a customer. I think I got more than just a tune up which is what 888 billed me for and my heating performance has noticeably increased. Would recommend.

Have been using 888 for more than 8 years. Am in the monthly plan that gives us 2 heating/AC maintainance visits annually. Personnel doing maintenance are very professional, know their job thoroughly and are very pleasant to visit with. The recommendations they make for further work are valuable for our system. Had 888 install new furnace and air conditioner within last 3 years. Systems functioning perfectly, but strongly believe in maintenance. Mark Huerta provided excellent service on semi-annual basis. I was very impressed with Jeremy on both of his visits. He is friendly and quite knowledgeable. Jeremy was patient and explained things to me in a way that I could understand. I sent Jeremy out through our side garage door to the A/C unit. I was so surprised that he actually re-locked the dead bold when he was done. I went out to lock it myself and it was already locked!

I doubt anyone else would be so thoughtful to do that. I would recommend Jeremy to anyone. 888 Heating & Air has a great employee! Thanks Jeremy. Ben and Nam were here for my vent and duct cleaning. Ben had been to our home many times before and always did a great job. Ben and Nam both went over and beyond to get the job done. They put in many hours with smiles on their faces. Ben got a face full of lint and didn't complain saying it was part of the job.

The hardest part was cleaning the dryer vent which hadn't been done in years. They kept at it till it was all clear. I was impressed with them and their service. Thanks 888 Heating for hiring such great guys.

Matthew came within the scheduled window to take a look at my system and provide an estimate for a whole house humidifier replacement. He was courteous and friendly. On inspection, he quickly identified a problem that resolved the issue without the need to replace the humidifier unit. We then discussed, at my request, other project possibilities to improve the upstairs cooling at my house.

He explained in detail the pros and cons of the different solutions I might consider and answered all my questions. Matthew's patience, knowledge and open discussion put 888 at the top of my list for any new hvac projects I might have to take on.

Deri was extremely professional and explained the condition of our furnace explicitly to me since I'm more knowledgeable than the majority of homeowners.

Just had a furnace and AC inspection. The person running the office is smart and friendly. I got several quotes, theirs was neither highest or lowest, but I considered the price fair. The guy who did the inspections did a great job as far as I could tell and he was professional and seemed knowledgeable. I'll update my review if everything breaks next week, but I don't think that will be the case. I plan to use them again in the future

Very professional, very clean, very polite and very respectful. On time, responsive and zero hassle. Had HVAC system cleaned and repaired. Installed a new gas line, and added another. Installed a new hot water heater too. Benito at 888 was fantastic. All the gals at the office were very professional and responsive. Every person that did work in our home were top notch. We just had a new furnace and A/C installed by 888. The entire process went smoothly. Matt was our initial point of contact, providing us with numerous quotes and options that we could choose based on our needs and budget. He answered all of our questions along the way, and was very responsive and timely. Once we chose our HVAC system, our install also went very well. Elljay and Tom were timely, professional, friendly, worked thoroughly and quickly (all day - it was a long install!), and took as much time as needed at the end of the long day to explain the system to us and answer all our questions.

We are impressed with the experience from top to bottom and will continue to use 888 for all our maintenance and service needs. HVAC can be expensive, and it's hard to find a company you like and trust, we are confident in 888 and definitely feel like we found a great company to stick with moving forward.

We had a problem with our old air conditioner and hired 888 Heating and Air Conditioning company. There were some issues with the installation of the new system. The company owner - Garrett - came out to review the situation and provided a resolution to our highest level of satisfaction. Our 888 technician Ian B. was extremely professional & did an excellent job of quickly diagnosing and resolving the issue we had with our a/c not staying on long enough to properly cool our house. Within 20 minutes he ran tests determining the a/c unit itself was working great and asked questions which led to our issues not being related to the a/c unit but caused by our having an older thermostat controller which we made the mistake of keeping after our new a/c was installed by 888 as well as our having several a/c vents closed likely causing our year old a/c unit to shut off prematurely which it is designed to do when air circulation is too restricted. He very clearly explained the issues then replaced our thermostat with a newer model. Thanks Ian B. and 888 for your valuable expertise & customer support.

Our furnace stopped working, at of course the worst time, so I started randomly searching and calling companies for help. 888 was fantastic, very friendly and upfront. Matthew is awesome. Our pilot would not stay lit last Wednesday. He came the same day and checked our furnace out. Showed me pictures of the problem and it was determined that a new furnace was needed. Our furnace was the original unit installed when the house was built in 1975. Matthew worked up a couple of different offerings that would work for our needs.

We decided which unit would work best and set up an install. They were able to do it the next day. Matthew was concerned we would be cold so he went back to the office to get two portable heating units, brought them back and set them up. They kept us warm all night and the next day when they were installing our new system. Beat company to work with and I will continue to use their service for a long time to come. They truly care about their customers.

Josh and the 888 team were excellent! Josh listened to our needs and addressed our issues before presenting a solution that would best suit us. I was able to get an appointment to have my furnace checked and possibly repaired within two days. Bryan and Mark arrived on time, placed booties over their shoes then went to work. They were very thorough taking pictures of various parts of the furnace and shared their findings throughout the inspection with me. I have an older furnace, and I very much appreciated the fact that I did not receive sale pitches to get a new furnace immediately or else as I have with other companies. I cannot recommend this company enough! This Saturday (one of the coldest days of the year) our heat went out. I called 888 and explained the situation and that we have a 2 month old baby in the house. I called them at 3:30 and they had a tech to my house by 4:45.
Justin was extremely professional and took the time to explain with me the work he had done and what had happened. He had our heat back and working in no time at all. He even had brought space heaters in case he couldn’t remedy the problem that trip.
I would definitely recommend them to work on your HVAC system if you need it. I can’t thank them enough.
