2024 Feb: Son and daughter-in-law discovered a leak and contacted O&M for assistance. Andrew was sent to investigate and found a pipe blockage, which he promptly resolved and made sure the toilet and tubs were functioning again. O&M has consistently provided us with affordable, reliable, professional, and friendly service, making us loyal and satisfied customers. 2022 Dec: O&M came over to initially replace a toilet and discovered a pipe clog that we thought might be serious.

They cleared it, set the new toilet and hauled the old one away at a reasonable cost all while being dependable, professional and friendly. We remain loyal and happy customers! 2022 June: We have been using O&M well over 10 years now. Most recently, they replaced the toilet flapper as well as repairing the toilet flange w/ new deep brass ring and re-set the toilet.

I called O & E because, during the freeze, our outdoor tankless water heater stopped producing hot water. We were given a timely appointment and the technician who came, Alex Baldelamar, was polite, knowledgable and forthright; he explained our options, including what we could do ourselves. When i first called for information, they provided a price range for the expected repair and there was not fee for someone to come out to confirm the needed repair. Antonio was very nice - excellent service and work.

Plumber Ben came out to diagnose a leak in our yard close to.the house. He diagnosed this quickly and gave us a fair quote. After our acceptance the leak was repaired quickly

Today Andrew came out to my house and installed a pressure reducing valve and a new house shut off valve. I was quoted a price over the phone before hand. When Andrew got to my house he encountered a big issue because of the city sidewalk. He contacted the owner and they came up with a solution with no extra charges. When Andrew completed the job, he explained everything to me and he completely cleaned up the area. I will definitely use O & M Services again and will recommend them to my friends!

Not only did they take the time to explain everything to me and make sure I understood it, but they also told me preventative maintenance to avoid the same issue happening again. I've been using O & M for a few years now. I cannot express how amazing and professional they are. I've used their services from minor repairs to installing a water softener and a full home water filtration system. They're pricing is very fair and their work is astounding. They were also able to point out the real cause of my low water pressure that even my build and my builder's plumber were unable to resolve. O&M are my go to for any plumbing related repairs or projects.

I needed to have a gas line moved to install our new wall mount oven. O&M showed up, took a look at the setup, and was done within 2 hours. The entire time the rep was consultative and thourough in how he communicated what needed to be done properly. After install, the connections were tested for any leaks and all is well in our kitchen again in time for the holidays. Pumpkin bread never smelled so good. If you have something you need done right the first time just call these guys and check it off your list. Solid company with exceptional care for their customers.
