Technician Tom came out to service our furnaces and inspect the AC units (two each). The price for the furnace maintenance and AC maintenance later in the year was fair. Tom was very kind and thorough during the time he was here. Definitely would recommend PV to anyone with HVAC needs.

Leo with PV Heating & Air has done a great job for years, servicing our older Trane units. We really need to replace them, but my husband has dementia and is dead set against replacing them. because of that, we are doing everything we can to keep the older units going. And Leo is the best! He has learned our systems frontwards and backwards and does everything he can to keep them going. Leo has our highest regards and recommendation.

The technician Tom Lian was thorough, he inspected both the units and serviced them. He photographed the unit in the crawl space even as it was cold and dark and dank. He explained to me, the going ons with this 30 year old gas unit. His explanations were intelligent. He was not rushed. Thanks

PV HVAC was fantastic. Came out same day I called and diagnosed the problem another company misdiagnosed. Jeff, my technician, was excellent as well. Knew his stuff, explained everything thoroughly, and implemented a temporary fix to ensure I would not be without heat pending a permanent fix. If you need HVAC work, don't hesitate to call PV. You won't be disappointed.

Very quick and professional. The girl I spoke to Jennifer was extremely knowledgeable and helpful on the phone and updated me thought the visit as to when parts would arrive and got my heat back going no problem. Steve knew exactly what was wrong as soon as he got here and fixed it super fast. Would highly recommend to call and ask for Jennifer if you have any issue and she will get it knocked out quick for you!

I typically enjoy my scheduled visits with PV. The technicians are always kind, humble, and VERY knowledgeable. Steve D. was nothing like our previous technicians. He mansplained everything and talked over me. He was training someone else and was did not come across as positive and encouraging. I shared this feedback with their scheduling team. I am still willing to give PV another chance. but expect better in the future.

Have been using PV for years - they are knowledgeable, courteous, respectful, and reliable. I appreciate being given all my options and given recommendations, but never being given a hard sell, and being able to choose the best option for my situation without pressure. Scheduling is easy and technicians keep you updated on arrival times - and it's also nice that if earlier appointments become available, the office will contact you and let you know.

Just had Mike here early this Sunday morning - he was cheerful, efficient, and figured out the problem quickly. He was also kind enough not to laugh when it turned out that it was due to user error on my part. He was able to resolve things quickly and for less money than I had anticipated. I've always been very happy with service from PV and can recommend them highly.

I can't say enough good things about this HVAC company! Alex Flores came to my house today and he was so nice and most of all, honest! And he showed up on time! Every time a tech has come out to my house, they have been the most polite, humble, honest, knowledgeable people you can imagine!

In the past, I was so sick of HVAC companies trying to rip me off by recommending that I replace things that aren't actually broken or constant upsells. Not one of the techs that has ever come out to my house has ever done this. I don't know where they find all these people, but keep doing what you're doing and promoting honesty in your business. If you do that, you will ALWAYS have business and stay ahead of most of the other rip-off HVAC businesses out there.

We are more than pleased with the service and new heating and air unit we received from PV Heating and Air. PV has been incredibly easy to work with and very convenient with scheduling any visits we needed for our old unit assessment, proposal for the new unit, installation and follow-up. High praise to the PV team! During a fall/winter maintenance check Joseph M. discovered a noise coming from the inducer motor in my furnace. He quickly worked with his team to order the part so a repair could happen quickly. Not long after this I received a text to schedule the repair appointment. Michael C. responded and quickly made the repair as well as thoughtfully answered my questions.

The entire process was easy for me. Great communication from the team on who and when they will arrive. PV heating and air technicians informed me what they performed on installation communicating thermostat very professionally for the communication heat pump was installed in 2009. Thank you for their hard work, rewiring from old system to the new thermostat.

This is the first time I have used PV Heating & Air, and it was an emergency. The other company I have been using was just not responsive. PV was incredibly responsive, very professional, and truly personable. Alex (the tech who came out) was fantastic, knowledgeable and didn't mind my (endless) questions. I actually signed a service contract with them on the spot. PV Heating & Air is my go to from this point on.

PV Heating and Air Conditioning is an awesome service provider. If you are considering replacing your HVAC unit(s), you must try PV! I purchased two new units from PV after two other companies visited and serviced my old units. With both of those other companies, I felt as if I was being scammed and being taken advantage of because I was a woman. One company attempted to sell (lease) me one unit for more than the cost of two units I bought from PV.

While the other company tried to sell a used unit with no serial number as a new unit. PV was different. Extremely different! I knew that after the company's owner called me personally ON A SATURDAY to do a phone assessment of my needs and the urgency. After speaking with me and understanding my needs, he escalated my appointment by six days! After my initial PV-experience which included the call from the owner and a home visit from my sales representative, James, I realized this company was on an entirely different level.

Their professionalism, expertise, genuine decency and honesty, was consistent even after I signed the contracts. Five months after buying the first unit, I bought the second. Both transactions, were consistent with PV's commitment to honest, professional, expert services and energy efficiency which saves me monthly on my utility costs. The unit pricing was extremely fair for the two Trane units.

The maintenance and bi-annual services thereafter have been phenomenal as well. PV boasts a courteous and professional team from the operator that answers your first call, to the business and accounting team members, to the consultants performing energy assessments, to the no-gimmicks sales person, to the installers, and the maintenance teams. They are such experts that three days after the installation, a quality control manager does a thorough site check of the inside and outside unit.
