I was so pleased to be treated as well as I was. The problem was immediately addressed, explained, and corrected in a professional and timely manner. I give high marks to the young man who arrived and attended to my furnace leak. He made a situation that before had been a problem into a fast repair. High regards for him and the crew at Milestone.

Jason Q came out to do our annual heat on the system. He informed us of some bacterial growth that was starting in our blower motor. He gave us solutions for the problem which was adding a Germicidal light with oxidation prevention. We had the work done the same day for a reasonable price. I feel much better about the longevity of our system and the quality of air that it produces. Thanks Jason!!

Phillip B was extremely helpful. He provided multiple options for us to make the best decision on which projects and services we needed, as well as an overall major project and vision for the home. Furthermore, transparent details were provided on itemized products and services for each options.

Logan is simply a professional. He called first and arrived on time. First thing my wife noticed was his crisp uniform attire. First impression is a lasting impression. He was diligent and quick to identify the problem and fixed it. Logan also took time to point out the upgrade to our box we need to consider. He explained the options available to us and the cost. He inspires trust. It was a pleasure to deal with Logan.

Robert was thorough and knowledgeable and gave us a good quote. On his way out of the backyard, he noticed the gate was messed up. He fixed the gate in quick fashion out of kindness. Thank you so much!

Tommy Price did an excellent job performing an electrical inspection on my home. He was able to clearly explain the items identified along with a recommendation for next steps. He was excellent and I would recommend him.

Darcell arrived promptly to do the winter maintenance on my heating system. He did a thorough check and was able to replace a part I needed. Milestone has friendly and competent techs and Darcell exhibits that quality.

Milestone Electric did a great job today on a switch replacement. Steven Becker was the BEST! I highly recommend. I was always to scared to give them a try due to price, but was not bad at all.

Tommy was very professional and quick. He was going to replace my exhaust vent and noticed the one he had in the truck was possibly damaged and he said he was going to go get another one to make sure there was no issues. They replaced it quickly once he returned. Glad we went with Milestone Electric.

I'm very happy with the service. Christian was professional, polite, and punctual. He quickly identified my issue and provided guidance on upgrades to improve the value of my home. As a homeowner, it can be difficult finding tradespersons who are skilled and professional. Milestone is a doing a good job of filling this gap.

Colton Cook installed two outdoor light fixtures on our home. He was professional, efficient and did a great job. We are pleased with his work. Rafael Medina inspected our A/C units. He was on time, courteous, professional, thorough and explained the results. I would certainly use him again if we have an A/C issue requiring a technician. Logan did a great job of installing and explaining our new Ring doorbell and chime.

He was professional and helpful throughout the appointment and explained the many setup steps to get the doorbell functioning. We joined the Milestone membership primarily due to Logan's expert electrical work, knowledge and strong salesmanship!

We had a gas leak and decided to contact Milestone and gave it a try since we had a mail coupon. Glad we did! The whole experience exceeded expectation. Good customer service, good technicians and jobs were done in timely and efficient manner! Hunter and Eric appeared to be healthy and in good working spirits. They arrived on time, wore shoes covers (very appreciated that) and have good attitude.

They explained everything well and kept communications going throughout the process which was great so we knew what to expected next. They fixed the leak problem, installed a gas shut-off valve and helped our gas turned back on the same night which wasn't easy. Overall, it was good! We highly recommend you to give them a try!

Robert short was great! Milestone is great! I rarely do this thing! But Robert took care of questions and identified solutions to light fixture issue and back parking light. An enthusiastic professional! He said milestone has always been this way! I signed on to a plan with them. I'm happy

Trey Verriere did a great job. He gave us a quote up front and installation went very well. We had 3 new light fixtures installed and they look amazing. We are having him return to install one more. He even took our old ones away for us.

The photo says it all and to boot we had just departed on a two week vacation. Once the City arrived and turned off the water it was quickly determined this was a homeowner issue. My first and only call was to Milestone - even before the City arrived. I flew home and met Esay to assess the situation, determine a course of action, received a work plan, reviewed the estimate, signed the Work Order, and flew back to our vacation.

The next morning Milestone showed up - Harley and crew. By 2:30pm the job was done. No trenching, no concrete being torn out, no plants being moved, simply three holes that will be unnoticeable in a couple of weeks. UNBELIEVABLE customer service, extremely professional, shocking concern that this situation not impact our vacation. We are exceedingly pleased and without a moment of hesitation highly recommend MILESTONE to you. They truly are the absolute best in the business. We've never experienced anything like it.

Carson Henley Came out to do a full diagnostic of my AC/Heat unit which keeps freezing up. He took the time to check the unit inside and out, running the unit to observe the situation fully while use photograph and video to show what the issue was. He further explained what need to be done. He supplied me with the necessary information to forward to my home warranty. I appreciate the time Carson took. He was very polite and patient with my concerns, making sure I was able to fully understand the issue and repairs needed.
