Steve was fantastic! I had water coming from my upstairs into my kitchen That resulted in having to turn all my water off! Steve came out the same day I called and was fair with pricing, fast, clean, and very helpful. He offered recommendations for the rest of the work and definitely earned my future business. Steve was terrific. I had two leaks right around/underneath two different water heaters and from all appearances to the untrained eye it was the water heaters leaking. He diagnosed the problems and it had nothing to do with the water heater.or even my plumbing. One was the HVAC and the other was the outdoor sprinkler leaking into the basement. Straight Shooter Plumbing and Rooter is definitely my plumber of choice.

Highly recommend this business to anyone with plumbing needs! They were extremely responsive, attentive and affordable. Cody came and solved the issue we were having with our shower and also gave some good suggestions for things we can improve to keep the issue from happening. We called Steve around 2:00 PM due to our toilet not flushing right. He was at our house by 3:00 PM to take care of the problem! He got it fixed with in 5 minutes and was great with my one year old being curious about being super interested in everything he was doing. Prompt and professional service, even on a Saturday. I called at 7:45 a.m. on a Sat morning, expecting to leave voicemail and hope for a call back on Monday regarding a leak under my kitchen sink. Nope. Steve answered, said he had an appointment but he'd drop by on his way to diagnose. He arrived ~30 minutes later, looked at the issue and immediately fixed it.
The p trap had come loose, he tightened it and **voila** no more leak. To top it all off, I anticipated a $40-$50 service call for his effort, but he didn't charge me. I'll call Straight Shooter Plumbing in a heartbeat, no question, to help with any future plumbing problems I encounter.

Steve and Dave were excellent to work with. We discovered a leak early one morning and they came within 10 minutes. They located the problem very quickly, explained everything so we could understand, and replaced the broken pipe. They also gave helpful information for further water damage repair. It's a horrible problem to be dealing with, but they made their portion of the process as simple and painless as possible for us. We're so glad we called them and would call again about any future problems for sure.

Steve was highly responsive, provided clear diagnosis and recommendations, and worked us into his schedule since we had our old house up for sale. This was a complicated crawlspace repair of very old pipe with multiple leakages. Steve sent progress photos, completed the job as estimated, and cleaned up nicely after excellent repair project.
