Have a 16 yr old AC that was failing. Called this morning and they were out within 2 hours. Diagnosed and gave several options for keeping it going. Very informative and explained everything. Very professional, Mike came out and inspect my hvac system. Went through everything in super detail and explains things to me. I wish the company could provide a better time frame on when they will show up though, all I got was "sometime in the day" instead of something like a two hour window.

Chris our technician proved that there are still good people to rely on when you have a tough situation to deal with. This company is a great value because they are honest and efficient with their practices and very fair with their price. I HIGHLY recommend them.

The technician did a thorough job investigating my AC problem (wasn't turning on) and repaired it. He then tested his fix and discovered a second problem after about 6 minutes. He returned as promised the next day with that new part and completed the repair successfully. I thus avoided a second service call. Mike was polite and professional, and even went around the house to enter from the back although this was more inconvenient.

We have used AJDanboise before for our plumbing needs. Mr. Steve Dobrick was professional and efficient and told us how to ask for a part under warranty at Kohler. The repairs are not yet complete but these guys are great. Very good at what they do. Adding to my review. Steve was punctual and efficient.
