We had Kevin out to our home to replace our water heater. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He got the job done in a timely manner. He was a great tech and would highly recommend him.

Joey and his partner were fantastic - gave us a second opinion and our options were explained well. They also told us what On Time could do for us without making us feel pressured at all - just taken care of. We are looking into switching our maintenance services because of this visit :

Dj and Joey did an amazing job! Their service was very detailed and thorough. They took their time examining/cleaning our HVAC unit and took plenty of photos which helped explain the issues we were having. You cant beat their service for the price which was very reasonable!

I saw on GMA a special that was going on today. I called and had service done right away on my furnace and AC unit by Fabian and Bernie. They were both very pleasant and self-explanatory with the service they were providing and given recommendations. I felt like they are trustworthy and highly recommend them.

The On Time Experts led by Charles just completed (over the past 3 days, just left 30 minutes ago) a main sewer repair at my house. They were very timely in their response to my panicked call (arrived within 1 hour). Charles was very thorough in explaining the process as well as patient and caring to my situation. Although I have not run my washing machine or dish washer yet, I fully expect things to be working without any problems or water back ups.

They explained that if I have any issues related to the work they have completed, they would make it right at no additional charge. The dig crew said if my yard settles to far down that they would come back to add more dirt to ensure my yard is back as it was. To date, I still need to let the company know the type of grass I have in the event it does not grow back.

Because they were not able to remove the grass in patches, Charles explained that they would provide seed so that my yard will be restored. I am satisfied with the service I received to date and would recommend On Time Experts for your plumbing needs.

Very pleased with On Time Experts Plumbing. On short notice they were able to send someone out and Aude the service guy was excellent! He had experience with our type of issue and was able to fix it very quickly. He was very good about explaining everything in detail so it was clearly understood. I used this business and I was so surprised at how professional and genuine they are. Gabe was my technician and he was absolutely transparent and patient explaining what they do and the services they provide. HVAC system. The young man was wonderful. He explained everything to us and showed us what needed to be done. He even offered to help us with anything we needed done. His job is all we needed. He did a great job on cleaning our coils. All of your HVAC and Plumbers have been so gracious. I definitely liked the young man whom was here today.

ERIC, was my technician who showed up, on time, after two prior communiques by OTE customer service confirming his arrival (impressive in itself) Eric respectfully introduced himself and went straight to work, donning "courtesy booties" to prevent mud-tracking in my house, and started dismantling my indoor HVAC unit. He showed me the dirt/dust build-up on the motor housing, etc and took it outside to rinse it off (minus the motor itself) Then he checked the rest of the interior unit components for 'wear & tear' etc and gave me intel on those parts.

When finished with that task he promptly went outside (with my garden hose in hand) to rinse out the exterior system unit and also perform a maintenance check on all parts and components outside. I didn't "check up on him" during his service, but certainly trusted that he was being thorough and complete in his work, knowing the good reputation of the On Time organization.

He did turn on the unit for me before he left to let me see/hear how it was running and it seems to be operating optimally. Upon his departure Mr. Eric shook my hand and gave me a company brochure with his direct number on it, in case I had any specific questions pertinent to this call. All in all it was a very pleasant, professional, positive experience and I would certainly recommend this company to neighbors and friends and contacts I have in my community. Thank You

The on time experts came out and swapped out both of my toilets. Joe and Christian did an amazing job. Couldn't be any more satisfied. Great guys and great work. The service I received today was legendary.

I had the privilege today to be serviced by Jerad, he was very detailed, explained, and educated me on a lot of the issues. Jerad is a wonderful tech and an asset to your company. He even offered to help me around my house, now that's a five-star service.

George and Gilbert came to do a routine maintenance and got my AC / heat pump working better. The cleaned and fixed everything and replaced a capacitor that was going bad. Clint and Nathan came by today to flush out my hot water heaters On Time installed last year. They were actually early which fit my schedule today. But they got them both hot water heaters flushed out, inspected the hot water heaters and all the plumbing fixtures in the house and fixed an out side spigot that's been causing me issues quickly and professionally. We are very happy to be Front of the Line members.

Our service rep DJ was outstanding. We had new air ducts installed in our home and with this Texas heat he made sure that the air quality and temperature were set in our home. Very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend the On Time Experts and DJ.

On Time Experts were professional, fast, and provided the best service I've ever had from any repair company. I had my a/c go down on Thursday night. They were able to send a tech out an hour after calling. He was professional, diagnosed the problem immediately, and was able to get me back up and running shortly. I have an older unit so he was honest about potential issues I may face in the future and did a great job explaining everything. Couldn't recommend enough.

My father in laws AC unit went out and I just want to say this company went above and beyond. Joey the tech was very professional, knowledgeable and kind. Joey stepped up and made sure to get my elderly father in law a portable unit so he wouldn't be uncomfortable. Same day service, with friendly and informative technician (Collin), cleaned my outside unit while we waited on sales person. Greatly appreciated! Receptionist very pleasant and polite, Comfort Expert (sales, Jeff S.) made replacing my 20 year old furnace slightly less painful. Not pushy, just providing cost. Installation crew polite and mindful of surroundings carrying unit in and out of very hot attic. Not sure about value, as I did not call around, just wanted it done. It's HOT. All in all, a favorable experience!

Very happy with the whole experience with On Time Experts, all because of Mr. Chase Cross's phenomenal service. Troy went completely above and beyond with assisting our family when we had A/C issues on a 106 degree day. Troy provided assistance even on his day off, then followed up the next day to confirm we were good. Our AC capacitor stopped working in the middle of TX summer, and so we called On Time Experts to come out to take a look at it. They showed up by the next day, and Jerad was able to take care of the problem super quickly! He was very informative and explained everything in detail, and was also very friendly and knowledgable. Definitely recommend them as your first call when you're in need!

Collin did a great job trying to fix our a/c outside unit. Unfortunately it was beyond saving (18 years old and in bad shape.). The good news was the cost of repairs was applied to the new system I had installed the next day. The dispatcher, Holly, kept me informed of where the crew was and when they would arrive. I'm really pleased with everything the On-Time Experts did for our home!

Joey and Gilbert with On Time Experts truly were the experts we needed! They arrived ready to listen to the concerns going on, actively walked me through how they could solve the issue present, and then continually updated me with any other concerns that came up. My husband and I own a Roofing and Construction company and have our own contractors that we use for HVAC issue when roofing however I have been so impressed the On Time Experts that I called them and have been pleased with their service. On Tine Experts calls me when it's time for a check up on our units and reminds me 2 times a year. Wow their customer service is way above and beyond.

Jordan came out to fix our AC during this 107 degree inferno that is Texas. He was so great! Incredibly friendly. Impressively knowledgeable. Super speedy. Genuinely understanding. The test of a company's customer service doesn't happen when they get it right, its when mistakes are made that companies have an opportunity show their commitment to the customer. I had a troublesome install, and some performance issues that followed. I can attest that On Time Experts has absolutely lived up to their "whatever it takes" promise.
