We had a full team (Lyle, Josh, Jeremy, and Peter) doing multiple small projects around our house all at once and they were incredible. Lyle was a great team leader and very responsive when I had a follow up question. Josh and Jeremy went above and beyond and came back out to the house afterwards to check out something else going on. They were all very kind and knowledgeable and did more than was expected of them. 5 star service all around

Called Steve's plumbing on November 6 and told them I needed some work done in my home. They sent Michael on November 7 to inspect my home. Michael came and introduced himself he was very friendly. He looked at what needed to be done and gave me my estimate and said he be back tomorrow at 9am. Michael came on time and did my kitchen faucet, bathroom faucet, my pipes and outside faucets.

I am so happy with the work Michael did he made it look excellent. Michael also explained to me how to use my new kitchen faucet. Michael did a excellent job. Michael is very knowledgeable, friendly and said if I need anything else done just call. You have a excellent employee. I will be calling Steve plumbing from now on.

I initially had a clogged sink that was completely blocked and wouldn't drain. Revitalize, the plumber at Steve's Plumbing worked hard and was very nice and professional. He found that the sewer line wasn't only completely blocked on one end, but it was also broken and had debris in it and it had to be cut out and replaced. A very expensive job, but the sink works great now. Thanks Tevita! Great guy!

Joel did a great job! He explained the procedure, how it would be done and also explained how we could make payments. He was very polite & courteous. Joel was very helpful.

This is the third time I have used Steve's. Harley was on time, very courteous, and professional. He knew immediately what the problem was. He explained what he would be doing, and gave me an estimate. He worked efficiently, and was done quickly. He took the time to ensure that the problem was addressed before finishing up. I really don't know if they are pricey, as they are the only plumbers I have hired. I'm going to assume that their prices are fair. I will definitely call them again for my plumbing needs.

Arrived within less than 30 minutes of our call, was courteous and very quick to resolve the problem. I've been looking for a great, trustworthy plumber for a while now, and will be using Steve's Plumbing as my go-to plumber. I highly recommend.

Shawn arrived on time and introduced himself. Super friendly! Informed me he was performing an annual inspection on the water heater installed last year. I asked about draining it, and he gladly did, which wasn't planned. We talked story the whole time. Shawn is very respectful, highly professional and would recommend him to anyone requiring his services.

We're very happy with the service and results from Steve's Plumbing. Our water heater sprang a leak and we needed a replacement asap. Levi set us up in mid-afternoon. And Rodney had our new heater installed by 830p the same day. They made it happen! And they were very professional all the way.

Matthew Gillander came to fix a burst leak in a 65 years old pipelines. He had the estimator come at my request to see what changes were needed as part of the house already had the newer copper pipes installed as remodeling was done. Matthew and his team did a super job and all workers explained what they would do as well as what was done when finished. Cleanup was done before they left. I am satisfied with all the work that was done as I knew it was time for the changes. Thank you Steve's Plumbing for your excellent crew.

Our solarwater heater pump died the other day. From the start of the call, Beth (I think) answered my call right away and took all my information down. Levi came that same day and did a quick check and created the scope of work. That same day, Ryan came out at 7 pm on a Monday night with the replacement parts and started working. He explained all the steps that were being done.

In addition, we were replacing both our anode rods in the tank (preventive), and while Ryan wasn't able to get the rod out with a breaker bar (even with a lot of elbow grease and pb blaster), he came back the next day again at 7 pm with some better tools. He was able to get 1 of the rods, and replaced it. His work is solid, and doesn't leave until I was satisfied and the work was done at top notch. Highly recommend Steve's Plumbing

We had a water/toilet issue happen over the weekend and we're really nervous about being able to get a company to come help us out. Steve's plumbing was not only open 24 hours, but were extremely kind and helpful, ensuring us they would be able to come out on the same day to look at the issue. Our technician, Harley, was very honest, professional and got the job done. We appreciate your service!

So very thankful to Brian who came out to check my recently installed water heater when the water leak alarm came on. There were no visible leaks during his inspection; he shared that it was a faulty alarm. He said he'd put in orders for new different alarm and deliver it when it comes in. Not long after he left; I get a call from Brian saying he found a better alarm and offered to come by and install it. That is what I call EXCELLENT customer service. I wasn't expecting a new alarm today, but what Brian did was professional. Thank you Brian!

Recently needed urgent repair and Rodney Leas was our licensed plumber. Rodney quickly identified the issue and he got the the work done. He also sent before and after pics! Now we are up to code. He is truly a great technician and worth every penny! I will refer him to all my friends and family.

#1 The plumber who came to my apt was Michael G. I cannot be more pleased. We had a stopped up toilet and he fixed it quickly and ensured it was working perfectly. He came early (thankfully) and diagnosed issue, fixed it, picked up after and was gone in no time. Totally recommend Steve's and Michael in particular. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- #2 I need to add to the review above done a few weeks ago.

I had another issue with the same toilet (being stopped up). When I called, Steve's sent out another tech to help me out. When he got here the toilet seemed to be okay and was flushing all right. Kris T then described what he thought was the issue (probably too much toilet paper and a pretty thick brand). He even showed me how a small handful when wet of this brand was so thick and could easily clog my particular toilet.

He was so helpful and informative. We will be much more careful with the amount of paper and the brand in the future. I was so appreciative of his guidance and help. This is a company that has really wonderful plumbers that care about their customers. Again, recommend Steve's Plumbing.

We are very grateful for contacting Steve's Plumbing for our major plumbing issues, which included unclogging the toilets and replacing the main drain line. Levi, Ryan and Kai did an excellent and professional job to complete this job in a timely manner to our household. We believe that these gentlemen went above and beyond the call to not inconvenience our household! Ryan and Levi kept us informed about the progress of the job!

Part 2: Ryan and Kai did an awesome job of descaling and cleaning out the pipe that leads to the sewer! They saved us a lot of money just by not having to dig up the ground. The descaling and clearing of the drain line did the job of making the water flow to the sewer.

Thank you very much! Part 3 9/19: Ryan D and Ryanson made a courtesy call to our house to check our bathtub. He made sure that the main drain line and clean out were in working condition! Fortunately, everything checked out in working order. He is a valuable asset to the company and offers great customer service! 9/22: Contacted Steve's Plumbing and Sunny S Came out to assist us. He provided excellent customer service and made sure that our plumbing was in working order. Fortunately, only a few minor adjustments were made. Thank you very much.

Matt and Brandon came out to do a plumbing inspection as part of our Ohana Club benefit. They were very thorough and listened to several issues we have had. Their inspection found a few slow draining drains and low water pressure. They were able to fix everything at the time of the inspection. Matt and Brandon were professional, personable and efficient. We are very happy with their service!

Technician Corey came over to give estimate on repairing dripping bathtub faucet. He was friendly, very knowledgeable. Will update review when repair is done next week. Repair is done! Fast! And tech Corey, was fun to talk story too, while he worked. Great guy!

Our house was in desperate need of plumbing repair with leaking pipes and clogged drains. Thankfully Ryan Daniels from Steve's Plumbing showed up and after thorough investigation recommended a course of action to fix all the issues. This included replacing all old galvanized drain lines up to the city sewer line which meant digging and trenching up all old pipes and replacing with modern ABS pipes.

This was no easy task but Ryan and his crew was up to the task with professional enthusiasm and hard, hard work. Ryan constantly keep us updated on what they were doing and what the status was. Ryan is a true professional and experienced plumber and the quality of his work is a wonder to see. THANK-YOU Ryan and crew for a great quality and professional job. Levi came out for an estimate. He was very nice and explained our options and possible outcomes for each choice. Very professional. Brendan showed up within an hour. Very nice and professional. He kept his work area very clean. We have a very old home, and he found a hidden issue with our galvanized pipe. Brendan immediately informed us so we could see the additional problem. He explained our new options and got us an estimate. He was still able to complete the job right then and there.

Called to get our bath tub fix and was greeted with great customer service. In less than an hour, they were able to send a technician (Ryan) to check it out. Ryan went above and beyond when it came to fixing our tub. The service was fast and effective. He was very passionate about his job. Would totally recommend.

Contacted Steve's Plumbing and spoke with Leka regarding a clog bath tub at one of my property managements. She was very professional and was able to schedule me on the same day within two hours time. Matt was the plumber that came out to take care of the clog. He was professional, informative and I have to say he went above and beyond what I expected him to do. He actually cleaned up the bath tub which most plumbers wouldn't have done. He definitely exceeded our expectations!

Steve's Plumbing is awesome. I called them on a Saturday to come out and fix my mothers clogged toilet. They gave me a time window that the plumber will come out to evaluate the overflowing toilet. Steve's plumbing called me and informed me that the plumber is running late but assured me that they were coming. Great communication interaction with the dispatch office at Steve's Plumbing. Plumbing technician Robert G. and another technician Nick arrived. Talked with me and evaluated the situation and explained what my options were and cost of the service.

We proceeded with a camera probe into the sewer pipe. As Robert suspected their was obstruction in the main sewer line. He recommended to snake the pipe an when the snake was retracted it revealed roots. Robert then sent the camera probe back in and just pass the cleared obstruction reviled deteriorating and collapsing main sewer pipe. Robert explained my options and gave an estimate for the main sewer line replacement and how long it would take.

After agreeing with the estimate they said we can start on Monday and by Wednesday it was all done. Robert G.and his team excavated the old sewer pipe showed me the section of pipe we looked at with the camera probe. Professional, honesty, and integrity is my experience Steve's Plumbing. Definitely use them again.
