Kailiwai L. and Kaalai M. came as quickly as they could and worked so hard and fast on the hole and grease clogs in my pipes that I almost cried with gratitude. Everything was explained to me in terms that I could understand and the pricing was made clear before any work began. I pray I never have water dripping through my ceiling again, but if I do these are the two professionals I want coming to my house to diagnose the issues and make the repairs.

I would give them 12 stars if I could! The best service ever! From the beginning call, to the service appointment, the repair appointment and their follow-up advice, Ryan and Nick surpassed all my expectations. They kept in touch while parts were being shipped, kept me appraised of any delays and price estimates, showed up on time, fixed the compressor, installed a surge protector, cleaned the unit afterwards, and told me about how to have conversations with Meco to avoid surges in the future. A great experience! They're the best!

Once again I needed the service of Steve's Plumbing. Thinking it would be awhile for their availability, but no, I called today and they were able to send someone this afternoon. Matthew A. was professional and took care of what I needed. it was great. This was the third time I have used them and every time the employees are respectful, explain exactly what they are doing, the costs, my options and I have never been disappointed with their work. Steve's Plumbing technician Kailiwai did a great job in completing the installation of a single faucet shower assembly in our bathroom today. He also fixed the leak which is the reason of this job. He is friendly and experienced. I will be having Steve's Plumbing do another single faucet shower assembly in the future. I also would like to acknowledge Kaalai for his quick response in giving an estimate.
So far, I'm satisfied with Steve's Plumbing and maybe they will end up to be our personal plumber for life. Keep up the good work and stay friendly and provide a reasonable repair cost for their client

They gave me a quote for a water heater relocation. He was very professional and thorough. I don't know yet if they will be doing the work yet, but I am very confident he will do a great job. We talked about details I had not thought about and he never made me feel rushed or pressured to do the job same day and I liked that.

Steve's was great. I had a sudden leak from the faucet that handles our reverse osmosis system. It was bad enough that I had to turn off the cold water in the kitchen and the system was complicated enough that I didn't want to touch it myself. I called Steve's and they had someone out in a few short hours. They were able to isolate the issue and get my water turned back on in no time.
They had to go get some parts and said they would be back first thing in the morning. Sure enough, they showed up around 8am the next morning to finish the job. I won't hesitate to call them again in the future.

Jacob arrived quickly and was greeted with water leaking through our ceiling onto our bathroom floor. He quickly and thoroughly investigated all possible sources.
