Adam did an amazing job with troubleshooting and knowing exactly what the problem was. He was able to fix it immediately and educate me on my furnace. I will definitely be calling him back for any future things I will need done.

We originally placed an emergency service call on an off day and time through the phone service. The response was delayed and we eventually canceled the call and called during regular business hours. All the service technicians we met with were professional, knowledgeable, thorough and detailed. We will continue to use Reimer for our home repairs.

Cody L. Installed new water heater and toilet. (Impressive: he hauled both new ones in & old ones out all by himself.) He was efficient, extremely nice and patiently answered my questions. Everyone I dealt with on phone, salesman (Chris), and Cody were excellent. I also feel cost was fair. Chris was very helpful in the decision-making process for the transaction. I feel confident using Reimer for my hvac/plumbing needs in the future.

We had David come out to look at our broiler system. We wanted to try to get smart thermostats. He was very informative with our system. I am not used to broiler systems and he gave me a bunch of tips, and info I didn't know. We couldn't install the thermostats because our house wouldn't allow it too much of a process which was fine. But he did put in one's that were nice and easy to use.

He was very pet friendly as my dog can be a big baby. And was nice with my baby who kept giving his leg a hug. I would totally have him back again. I appreciate the fast service. Thanks for the great service!

We have had several Services completed by Reimer and they were all great. To start, Chris R came to service our A/C unit and he let us know at each step exactly what he was doing so we understood the process. Next, Mitch J came to look at our plumbing and complete a hot water tank flush. He noticed some erosion and rusting on our main pipe and quickly made a plan to correct the problem.

The next day Todd T and Cody Z came to fix the problems Mitch had found. Todd and Cody again explained every step of the process for what they were going to do and within a few short hours it was good as new. Lastly, Patrick D came to service our furnace and he like the guys before him was very knowledgeable and efficient in the work he completed for us. Our experience with every person from the Reimer company has been great!

Just moved in our new home and was not familiar with how to erase the various schedules in our thermastat. Zach came over sam day we called when we couldn't get the heat up to our desired temp. Our technician was very knowledgeable about our furnace and showed us what was going on in our furnace. We were very pleased with his explanation of everything. Our technician Andrew should be the gold standard when it comes to HVAC. His knowledge and understanding of our equipment was great and I learned a tremendous amount shadowing Andrew while he did his work, he went into detail the issues so I can understand what I was in for with cost etc. I would recommend this company for averyone and ask for Andrew this guy is solid.

Todd from Reimer was able to replace our homes's main water supply shutoff that was as old as the 57 year old house and had a bad leak. The replacement turned out to be more complex than originally thought due to how the pipes were laid out, but Todd was able troubleshoot the issue and fix our problem.

Zach Joslyn performed an a/c annual tune up. He was very knowledgeable and thorough. He checked every thing from the air filter to the thermostat including the unit itself. He cleaned the air conditioner unit to make sure that it functions for as long as possible. I appreciate the service in ensuring the comfort of my home. Service:A/C system maintenance

Booked them to inspect my main sewer line because a few houses in my neighborhood had them fail this year. Kevin, the tech they sent out, is very knowledgeable and explained things as we watched the camera explore the lines. I'd feel comfortable booking them for any repairs I need down the road.

Called the business that we needed air conditioning repair work done, technician came the next morning, we decided to get whole new heating and air conditioning system, and they came and installed it the following day. We had a laundry vent that was severely blocked. The vent ran up through the wall and over another wall. There was no way we were going to clear it. When we were looking for someone we could call, Google showed they had a great rating. We thought this was going to cost us a boat load to open two walls and re-run the vent line. Instead they came up with an alternative run that was extremely reasonable. Chris Reimer came over initially to evaluate the work that needed to be done and made the first suggestion, but since it wasn't what he did all the time he called Todd, who to our great surprise came over the same day.

He agreed with Chris and began the work right away. Both gentlemen were very professional and personable at the same time. Todd took his time and explained everything that he was doing. The work looked beautiful when finished. We cannot express how grateful we are to Reimer. Great employees excellent work. Thanks again.

I requested a service call for annual maintenance on my air conditioning unit. I have dealt with many air conditioning companies I the pas, and Reimer by far has been the most professional. Specifically, the technician by the name of James was outstanding. It was the first time meeting James. He was very thorough and explained what he was doing as we went along. John Hammill came out and gave us a reasonable price for installation of a ducless HVAC system. He was very patient and respectfull in answering our questions. On a rainy, chilly day, Allen Border and his son Joshua arrived to begin the installation. They were prompt, polite, and throughly professional during the long day it took to complete the job. Had to have the hot water replaced All options were clearly explained to us. The cost the time and warranty and maintenance schedule. We decided to go with your tankless system. I have used this company for a number of jobs (hot water tank, boiler system, now drain rerouting). The gentlemen are always nice and professional. The work is always excellent. Always reliable and efficient. Editing to add the specific names - in just the last week I have had an estimate, a checkup/cleaning, and a drain rerouting with laundry pump install done. Chris K, David M, Carl, and Cody come out to my home. Every single one of them polite, professional, and efficient. Carl and Cody just left - absolutely fantastic work! Thank you so much!

We woke up yesterday morning to a cooler than normal house. The furnace boiler was running but the house wasn't warming. We immediately called Reimer. After explaining the problem we were told they would call us back in a few minutes to let us know when someone could get here. A couple minutes later they called back and said someone would be here in about an hour.

Less than a hour later, Lou the service tech arrived. After running some tests on the pumps and electrical system, he diagnosed that the problem was with the relays that turned on and off the pumps and furnace burner. That is why we like Reimer. Although he said we should consider upgrading our really old heating system, he tried to repair the problem.

After doing a good cleaning of the contacts, everything began working just fine. He did no high pressure selling to convince us to buy new relays at $385 each (x2). Instead we were charged less than $100 for the service call and repair. This is why we recommend this company.
