Tyler showed up on time and was very professional. He explained everything that was wrong with my dishwasher drainage problem in detail. He provided options to fix a pressure issue that I didn't even know existed which will save me money in the long run. The whole experience was great. We had AAA City plumbing out to check & repair our water heater. Turned out it needed to be replaced. Brian & Richard did an excellent job. Also want to send our heartfelt thanks to Kerry & Parrish in the office. They were both very kind and responsive to my urgent request for hot water, they had Brian here in an hour! This is at least the 3rd time we have used AAA and would highly recommend them.

We used AAA City Plumbing to install our gas stove. After multiple failed attempts from the Lowes installation service, we ended up calling AAA City Plumbing and our Tech was able to disconnect the old stove and install the new stove with no issues at all. They were even able to come out the same day we called. We were so happy with our experience with Stephan and Ian and will definitely be using them again in the future!

Had a broken shower faucet leaving my water running constantly until it got fixed so I had to turn the water off to my home. Brett and Ian were out to my home faster than any service I've had in the past and got right to work. They had my shower fixed and explained each issue and what I can do to fix it in the future. After receiving follow up septic tank service from AAA, I was impressed with their promptness and promise to repair or replace their warranted part. Their crew arrived as scheduled and the technician took the time to explain the details of the replacement. Additionally, the technician further outlined his installation after the job was done. The replacement followed the necessary steps to ensure the performance of pump and follow SC code. I again would use AAA for septic system repair and also recommend their services.
