Trusted Plumbing and Heating Company rescued me. The technician was very knowledgeable and thorough. I needed additional work done outside of installing a water heater and the technician was able to provide a trusted resource. This made the job go really smoothly and in a timely manner. I will keep them in my phonebook for future references.

Jim's investigation of my plumbing problem was excellent and resulted in a perfect repair of a major issue.

Technician was prompt and knowledgeable. He quickly identified all issues and performed repairs. Slight sticker shock at plumbing costs in general, but we were entirely satisfied with the prompt resolution of our problem.

I had a broken water line in my barn, chewed by rodents until it leaked. Trusted Plumbing located the leak, removed a small section of the floor and replaced the damaged pipe. They also removed the old water heater and took it away for me. The work was done quickly and thoroughly. I'll be keeping their card for any future plumbing needs.

Really appreciate the hard work they put into it my bathroom addition. They worked nonstop from the moment they arrived until the moment they left, were incredibly courteous and professional. I felt safe at all times. I felt respected and valued as a customer. I never felt nickeled or dimed and the transparency throughout the process for cost and scope of work was easy to understand and felt very fair and competitive, when compared to other companies.

I submitted an original design to them. They came out for a site visit and provided a detailed quote within a week. Out of 4 companies I interviewed, they were the only ones that provided the level of detail and transparency I was after. Rough-In of toilet, sink and tub pipes, followed by the installation of all fixtures. This company has landed on my "go-to" list for all plumbing needs.

They came out the day after I called. The other plumbing companies were going to put me on a list and get back to me at least a week later. They were nice ro us and gave us anesstimate before jumping in and fixing two huge problems in and under our house. I recommend them.

Had them out to fix a couple issues at my Mom's that I just couldn't get to, they did an excellent job at a fair price, they were clean cut and in full uniform. Mom was very happy with the work and I was pleased to hear such an fair and honest job was completed.

There aren't many times one can say they enjoyed having the plumber out to fix leaky plumbing and a clogged drain, but I sure did enjoy having Don and Kai out last week. Very personable and knowledgeable! Don explained what was causing my issues and the various ways to go about solving them. Then he let me decide! Kai figured the estimate and then they were right to fixing things! Honest, trustworthy, thoughtful, efficient, skilled, knowledgeable are just a few of the word to describe these men. There were several units in my hydronic heating/ radiant heating system not working. James from Trusted Plumbing came in. fixed things quickly. Someone had turned off the black little switches under the King thermostat units. James was able to identify right away. All working really well. Thanks a lot guys. Today was our second project completion with Trusted Plumbing. Last summer we had them out to replace our water main which they set up temporary water service over the weekend with their own equipment (above and beyond, thank you!) before completing the job quickly and efficiently the next business day. They've now serviced a leaking exterior faucet and replaced an ancient water heater for us as well. James was punctual, communicative, and professional. Their prices are competitive and they were able to work within our schedule. We'll be using Trusted Plumbing for any & all of our future needs.

I worked as an operations manager for a rooter company and hired Trusted Plumbing and Heating. The service was excellent! Their equipment was top-of-the-line with their hot water Hydro jetting equipment. They were able to clear all the grease from the commercial kitchen in our church. Called Trusted Plumbing & Heating for a second opinion on our furnace that wouldn't turn on. The first company quoted us up to $8,000. James, our service tech, was great. He was honest and gave us a totally different diagnosis from the first company, which ended up only costing $800. They were done with the job in less than 2 hours.
