We had a basement pipe burst during the end of year cold snap. Paul Davis was the only company that gave me weekly updates of when they would have a crew available. John and Nick run a great company with even better people. Everyone at PD was kind, caring, quick/happy to answer questions, and seemed to want the best for the customer. They were responsive and try their very best to keep the process moving along smoothly. They handled everything from the mitigation to the reconstruction and were even able to perform some renovations that I haven't been able to get around to.

It's great to work with a company that handles the process from start to finish. After an unexpected disaster it's a relief to know you have someone you can lean on and help alleviate some of the stress. They were trustworthy and genuinely had my best interest in mind. As their motto says- they were my best friend on my worst day! I feel very lucky to have found this company. I highly recommend this company and would say the same to all my friends and family!

Had a fire that resulted in our home being gutted down to the studs. Decided to take the opportunity to make some changes to our home during the process and make the best of a bad situation. Nick, John, and the team delivered and we eventually moved back into what felt like a new home. If the project is small or large they can handle it and you will be in good hands.

I recently purchased a new home that had cigarette smoke damage/smells embedded in everything! After tearing up old carpet and repainting everything, the smoke smell was still lingering. I contacted Paul Davis and worked directly with Lou who was able to get my ducts cleaned and get hydroxyl machines in my new home that day. We had weather damage and Paul Davis was on the spot quickly and professionally. They worked with our insurance, Farmers, to get get the job done. Full roof replacement, completely residing, and 3 skylights. The subs were professional. I would highly recommend them.

Extremely Professional, kind, friendly technicians came to the house. They were pulled down from Cleveland to help out in Houston. They put my mind at ease, cleaned everything up, dried everything out, and made me feel like I could live in the house again. Answered every question, explained everything thoroughly and all in all I was very pleased with the service.

If you're looking for a one-stop shop that works directly with your insurance and claim adjuster to repair all damages, this would be your best choice. They were very professional, I appreciated all the conversions and the considerate inputs from Kevin. Since I got too deep into researching the project myself, I became more interested to do things more extensively, which is definitely more work overall, if anyone gets into it, but it's worth if you're looking to go beyond just repairing something that you own.

I didn't end up working with them (may still do so on some smaller parts of the project), but if you're looking for something SIMPLE and STRAIGHT-FORWARD (maybe you're a manager with a task) this is the company you want to go with, as everyone else will be way too specialized with many moving components, which demands more quality control from yourself.

My wife and I decided to re-model our bathroom and decided it would be a good idea to save a little money and do the demolition ourselves. Bad Idea! Given my limited knowledge on plumbing, I decided to take a trip to home depot. they suggested that i turn the water off, do the demo, and buy these neat little shark bite caps to seal off the exposed pipes.

It would have worked great if I had pushed it on all the way! One of the shark bites was a little too loose. I double checked everything after turning the water back on, but I must have missed the slow leak. The next morning, we had water everywhere. The water made its way from our second story bathroom, through to out living room, and on to the basement.

Our living room ceiling drywall was on the living room floor. I called Paul Davis immediately. They were at my house within the hour, and went straight to work. This was a huge deal for me. I had never had something like this happen before. The technicians assured me that everything would be fine, and that when they were done, it would be as good as new.

They were able to save our hardwood floor, our furniture, everything. They set up a work area and sealed off our living room from the rest of the house. Put down floor protection from our garage door to the living room so nothing would get dirty from them tracking in and out. Then they brought in the equipment! It was actually kind of cool. They have this super cool water vacuum thing that sucks the water out of wood floors. super cool. i was afraid their may be a musty smell afterward (my couch was water logged). Nope, it really is like new. As if it had never happened. Super impressed with Paul Davis. They really are your best friend on your worst day! Thanks guys!

I had used them earlier also. They charged me $800, the last time they came out. However, it was covered by insurance. The ceiling plasters looks better than it did before. They did the work really quickly. The room looked much better than it did before. They also painted the room, including the molds and trims. It is probably the best looking room in the house now. I will definitely use this company again in the future.
