One Call has been to our house twice in past weeks for separate issues. All the work was perfectly done and areas left spotless. Tech Levi took time to explain what he was doing and gave some tips on items not even the reason for his visit. He told me two items I could do myself after getting the parts. I initially called the familiar plumbing service with the catchy song but they could not come out to help for two days. We could not be without water for two days. We had to turn off the main water valve to stop the hot water from flowing. Being new to the area I sought the Better Business Bureau and saw One Call Plumbing. I checked out their ratings there and on various sites and decided to give them a call.
We were given a 2-4 appointment and they called at 1:52 to let us know the plumber would be at our home shortly. My husband met with Chuck the plumber who was very friendly and thorough in addressing our problem. From experience, we decided to replace all three valves for the shower instead of doing only the hot water valve. We would definitely request Chuck at One Call Plumbing in the future.

Todd came within the hour of our call, he inspected and repaired the leak within a few minutes. He was very thorough and professional. Everything he needed to fix the problem was readily available on the truck which was great, no waiting for someone to go to Lowes for parts. Price was reasonable and fair. Will definitely call One Call Plumbing again in the future if needed. Highly recommended.

Chuck did perfect job. He is very patient with me and explain everything to me. I had another company come over and told me my sewer line has two cracks need to be fixed cost 3000$. Since the quote is high, I wanted to get another opinion. When Chuck came, he found out that there is no crack and it is just some extra glue around the joint area. Moreover, he found out the real cause of the problem and fix it for just 325$. I really appreciate his service.

We had a great experience with One Call Plumbing. They lived up to their name as One Call is all we needed to make. Tech "Kevin" was very friendly and knowledgeable. These guys are amazing! We had an issue with hot water from our tankless water heater one day last week in the evening. We called and a technician was here 10 minutes later! Excellent from beginning to end. The appointment was set for the next day and the leak I had under my house was worse than I thought. They basically removed all my old cast iron pipes and fittings and gave me a deal on replacing the leaky ones that I was unaware of before I called. They finished in one day and couldn't have been better tradesman. I hope I never have to call them again for plumbing services but if I do I won't call anyone else.

I was very impressed from reading reviews before I called; once I called Michelle handled me professionally and I could tell I made the right choice. The next morning steven arrived to do the work. Steven was friendly and professional. He was very thorough with the options I had to either temporarily fix my water heater, or go ahead and replace it. We chose to go ahead and replace it. A really good company! Quality work and priced by the book! Guy Informed me well and I signed to have the work done and it was done very well! I owned a Construction outfit in NC and this company really impressed me! They are now my go to Professional Plumbing Company! Did I mention their not only Licensed but they have performance bonds and general liability insurance in place! That's something that can't be said for a few outfits in the Spartanburg area.

I made an appointment for the next day through Michelle who was very pleasant and quick to answer the company phone. The following day Steven arrived on-time and wore a mask. He was very cordial and kept me informed beginning with the testing and diagnosis of the problem. He confirmed the problem with my water pressure reducing valve and explained the price.
I gave him the go ahead and he changed the valve, flushed the system and made sure things looked right when finished. He made sure not to bring dirt in my house by wearing protective shoe coverings when he needed to enter the house. I was very pleased with Steven's work and he was very pleasant. After only 8 months in our house a pipe burst in our slab. Our home warranty sent us a contracted plumber after 5 days of waiting that was only at our house for 14 minutes and charged us a $104 fee to tell us our hardwood floors and cabinets would have to come out and it would cost around $20k! I can't say enough good about Chad who came to my rescue yesterday after the supply line to my guest room toilet busted, and I had water everywhere. Thankfully, the repair was minor. Called last night for help replacing bathroom sink fixtures which I had bought at Lowes and also tighten up a kitchen sink faucet. One Call Plumbing stated that they could help me the very next morning at 8:00 o'clock! The plumber came after double checking by phone that I would be available at the stated time. He quoted me a competitive price and when approved, he started immediately to work on the project.
After removing the old fixture and installing the new fixture, he saw that the Lowe's Delta product had stripped threads. So he had to remove the new fixtures and as I went back to Lowes for a replacement, he worked on the kitchen sink. Now realize that this plumber had to remove fixtures twice to install correctly new fixtures. No complaints by him.
Immediate response from One Call Plumbing, no increase installation pricing for what was not their fault and everything was left cleaner than when the gentleman arrived. We now know who we will call upon needing such services again.

This company was amazing and did an awesome job. They got here after having a long night at a different location and finished faster than I had thought they would. They went above and beyond on everything. I had to have my entire sewer line replaced (due to a poor job originally by the people remodeling the house). They gave me a quote that was far below the others and very reasonable for the work they did.
My wife and I were so relieved to have such a good company out here who wasn't going to charge us an insane amount right after we had moved in. They also walked us through each thing they did to make sure it was good, had shown us the issues that were present, AND even gave us tips for the future. One Call Plumbing is professional, affordable, and has made me a customer for life.

One Call plumbing is professional and timely and do great work. The staff was responsive and customer oriented. However, they are extremely expensive! I contacted several other plumbers to get a quote on an emergency issue at my house. Two other plumbers in the area were almost 1/2 the cost. I had to go with One Call Plumbing as they were the only one available.
