They had two gentlemen out to fix it - one came first and the work was a little more than his expertise so they called another to repair and it went well. I had two issues and they addressed the one (the leak) and missed the one that the toilet kept running sometimes. Took me a while of testing to see why but hopefully I got it.

Replaced a bath tub spout that was corroded & stuck in a sideways position. I had tried to fix it myself but wouldn't turn due to corrosion. Plumber got is done & it didn't take very long. Happy with the job they did.

I had other plumbers come out and they couldn't get it right. Fountain agreed to take my warranty company's payment, and they did great work! The previous companies wanted to charge me $280 for a video scope, and Fountain did the video scope and snaking several times for a much lower price. They discovered that it was tree roots and ended up putting a patch on the sewer line system.

This morning while doing laundry, I've found out that the wat r(dirty.ewwww!), was backing up to my kitchen and dishwasher. It was starting to spill out from the dishwasher (whole base was filled up). There was no easy way to unclog it, I called Mr Rooter and as soon as they have someone available, they've sent him to my house. The service was same day and prompt (called them after 11am) and very professional. The price includes a bottle of environmental friendly drain maintenance treatment.
