Fire & Ice recently installed a new Infinity 98 furnace, and I've been really pleased with how much quieter it is than my old furnace, which used to come on with a roar every so often. The new Infinity 98 furnace is quiet as a mouse, and you barely know when it's running. But perhaps even more important, it produces a more even heat throughout the house. I used to see hot spots and cold spots, but those are greatly reduced, and the whole house is more comfortable. The Fire & Ice team was highly professional, and I couldn't be more pleased with their service.

We are redoing our floors and we had our vent covers off. My cat decided to explore and fell in the HVAC ductwork. She was stuck and in distress. I called Fire and Ice frantically. Jim was at my house in 5 minutes and reassured me we would get my cat out. After about an hour he was able to rescue her. She was fine just very scared. I can’t thank Jim enough for saving my cat. I will be using them for any future HVAC needs. Hopefully not to rescue a cat again.

Fire and Ice.. Has installed our Central Air, a New Hot Water Heater and now a New Carrier Furnace. Always been on time and does a Great Job. Cleans up after they are finished. We also purchased a Service Plan. A GREAT group of Service guys. friendly and Professional. You could not ask for a better Heating and Cooling Company.

Just had another very pleasant experience with Fire and Ice. The furnace quit working on a Sunday at our rental property and we called and left message. We had a returned call within minutes and then a call from the tech with an approximate time he would be there. Mike was on another call at the time and called again when he was on his way to our rental house. The furnace was fixed and we are very happy with the workmanship and customer service we get from fire and ice. Actually going get an appointment set up for a service on our furnace at our residence. I've been using fire and ice for a few years now and they are my GO TO people for heating and air conditioning. I recommend them to anyone needing new equipment or repairs.

I have used Fire& Ice for both HVAC work and their plumbing side. They have always been reliable, did good work and priced reasonable. I have referred them to several clients and they all have all given me great feedback on Fire & Ice. They do great work, but I also appreciate how quickly they will get out to do service when you have a problem. When you don’t have heat or a plumbing problem, it’s awesome how quickly they are there to fix the problem.
