EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE and PRICING. Pristine Plumbing should be your first call for your plumbing needs. With three toilets in need of service and upgrades, we called Pristine Plumbing on the recommendation of our Realtor. We were not disappointed. Scheduling a service date and time was fast and efficient. The plumber arrived on time and followed all COVID protocols. His work was expertly done, and the pricing was quite reasonable. Pristine even honored my service with a military discount. We called Pristine a few weeks later for some follow-up work. This time, the owner Donn Botzum handled the call. Donn was incredibly friendly and efficient and took care of everything on our list. Most surprisingly, Donn refused to charge for the follow-up visit or even for the parts and labor. Most incredible. I want to thank Donn and Pristine for the great service and wonderful treatment.

They are prompt to respond from inquiry to service. Experts that will get the job done for you correctly. They fixed another guy s botched job and I m thankful I found them. Donn answered a few plumbing questions and I was able to fix my plumbing repair myself. Don was fabulous, he trouble shot over the phone, gave me steps to do and connections to double check. I followed his instructions and was able to fix my plumbing project right away. Thanks Donn Botzum! Amazing customer service.
