Continuing my search today, I came across Shamrock Plumbing and to my surprise a live person actually answered their phone!
She was very nice, told me the job could probably be done today, and gave me the owner Paul's cell number so I could request a quote and discuss scheduling. I left him a voicemail and my call was returned a few minutes later by Paul who gave me a very fair price and said he could send someone today!

Luis was a pleasure to have in our home solving multiple problems in our townhouse rental.
We called Shamrock when we had a leak in a $650 kitchen faucet that had been installed by a different plumber 9 months ago.
Shamrock took a look at the problem and didn't charge us for the diagnosis.
They suggested we call the faucet manufacturer (Grohe) because of its warranty.
Grohe was very nice, figured out the likely issue, and sent us a part.
Shamrock then came back out and installed the part.
