TJ Modelski, Owner, has been installing plumbing and hydronic heating systems since 1996.
He has a Bachelors of Science in Architecture and Design from Lawrence Tech University in Southfield, MI.
He became a Journeyman Plumber in the State of Michigan in 2000 and in the State of California in 2003.
TJ earned the C-36 (CA Plumbing Contractor license) in 2006 and the C-4 (CA Boiler, Hot Water, and Steam Fitting Contractor license) in 2008.
He continues to increase his knowledge by attending educational workshops on topics such as solar water heating, tankless water heaters, and various new technologies.
