We need never call another company! We reached out to Flotek late on a Friday afternoon ( after hours, honestly). They returned the call that evening and scheduled the job for today. Additionally, they gave us a price quote up front. Gabriel alerted us to his approximate arrival 20 minutes in advance, was on time, and could not have been more personable and professional.

This is a local small business and a gem of a find for us! His knowledge, expertise, and kind demeanor sets him apart from other companies we have used for a variety of services. On Friday night during thunderstorms and downpours my sumpump wasn't working correctly. I called for emergency service and Gabe said he would be there in an hour. Unfortunately there was a tree down covering the road to my house, so he couldn't get through. I managed to not have any flooding and the next morning (Saturday) he called to see if I still needed help and if the road was cleared! He sent someone over and within an hour I got a new sumpump. Thank you guys for the great job!

We have been using Flotek Plumbing for some time now. We have been more than satisfied with Gabe's expertise, his quick response time and excellent work. Gabe gave me an estimate for replacing all the valves in my home, and Oscar came on the date scheduled and completed all the work, very courteous, professional, even when fighting with a particularly challenging utility sink. We had a very serious problem with corroded pipes leading from the house and through an underground pipe leading to our septic tank. Flotek was recommended to us and I am so happy we went with this recommendation! Gabriel was very friendly and knowledgeable, explaining all the issues that may be involved in this repair so that there would be no unexpected surprises.

He and his assistant, (and I am sorry I don't know his name), tackled this project, and repaired the pipe in about 3 hours. They did a GREAT job, with no unexpected issues or additional cost, keeping with the original quote, which was very reasonable for this large project. When they left, there was no evidence of dust, debris or anything else that indicated they were ever in our home!

We are MORE than happy and will absolutely use this company again, should the need ever arise. I have already recommended this company and Gabriel to my neighbors and friends. These guys did a terrific job! Very pleased!

An unexpected issue came up with the city after the excavation was started. Gabriel was extremely fair in resolving the issue at his expense. That should be worth a lot to perspective customers. The quality of work was very good, and prices were comparatively reasonable.

The team came out and quoted us a great price, but I most appreciated the knowledge and expertise, which was also explained during the quote. It was clear and easy to work with the team. I had my water softener and iron filter replaced. They replaced some poor plumbing work as well, to ensure the safety and longevity of the filtering system. They kept things orderly and clean.

He took the time to test the system, while I was watching, so that there was complete honesty. Flotek saved our basement and I'm very pleased with their service. We've had a lot of rain the last few days and our sump pump stopped working and water was starting to come in to our basement. I called 2 other places and just to come out to look and give us an estimate on a Sunday afternoon they charged a fee and couldn't even commit to making it out to our home the same day.

I called Flotek for the first time and I was was impressed with their level of professionalism, experience and demonstrated expertise in the work they performed for us. I called and they arrived within 30 minutes. Upon arrival they covered their shoes to ensure our home wouldn't get dirty, he assessed what we needed and gave us options. If you want a reliable, honest and a knowledgeable plumber Flotek is the way to go! We were referred to Flotek from a friend initially to bid out a complete basement remodel. Not only were they the most reasonable on cost, the service and responsiveness was like none-other we had seen before. They completed our basement project which included; a new bathroom with shower, re-pitched our septic line and repositioned our water heater and other utilities to a centralized location.
