The business was quickly expanded when they were awarded 1970's apartment projects like Slate Bottom Creek and Garden Village Apartments and as a New Home building boom started in Cheektowaga, Lancaster and Amherst.
Donald soon left as an owner/partner as the company focus shifted to Single Family New Construction where our reputation for quality and innovation evolved.
In 1972 Richard Greene purchased Cleveland Hill Plumbing, a hardware store on Genesee Street in Cheektowaga and soon after moved it into his main location on Walden Avenue.

In addition, our employees will be donating their time and together with industry partners (such as Charlotte Pipe and Foundry Company, Kohler Co., Wolverine Brass, Jones Stephens, Prier, Sioux Chief, Oatey, The Keeney Manufacturing Company, Watco Manufacturing Company, Fluidmaster, Liberty Pumps and others) we will be donating material - all totaling about $19,000.00 - for two homes this year to benefit the Raising the Roof campaign to benefit Roswell Park Cancer Institue.

First turn off the disposal.
This will reset the unit.
Next, take the disposal key (an allen wrench left with the unit at final plumbing) and look on the underside of the disposal directly in the middle.
There should be a slot that the wrench fits into.
Turn the wrench whichever way it will turn; this usually dislodges anything stuck in it.
