S&L Plumbing and Heating Corp. was founded by Stephen Alonge in the early 1980's with the vision of one day becoming the premier plumbing company in the New York metropolitan area.
S&L started as an open shop that operated out of a basement office with one van, taking mainly service calls and serving the City of New Rochelle.
Shortly thereafter S&L continued to grow and signed with Plumbers Local 21, which brought the company back to its family roots of being union plumbers as past generations.
