Arrow Plumbing has done work for us in the past so I always know who to call for fast dependable help. Identified subtle problem quickly however it was a manufacturer's defect and suggested I return the item for replacement. The best thing is the Arrow Plumbing did not charge me for a recommendation. Their customer service obviously comes first and they will be at the top of my list from here on out.
