We have old plumbing and he was very knowledgeable, and was willing to travel out of the area (near DC!)
He was very prepared and had all supplies he needed to unclog our bathtub and fix our leaky sink-- 2 other plumbers told us it couldn't be done!
Simply put: Arthur is the best.
Arthur is reliable and is very up front about parts and labor, and he does solid, good work.
What more could you want in a plumber?! Work done to date: 2010 - clogged drain (main clean-out, tree roots); 2015 - replaced garbage disposal, water heater & found and fixed kitchen faucet leak (and had Kohler overnight ANOTHER replacement because first replacement was faulty!); 2016: faulty water heater valve (Mfr error and under warranty).
