Over the course of his career, he became unsettled with the way companies handled themselves.
In an effort to to work for a company that shared the same values he grew up with: Integrity, honesty, and respect, he knew something had to change.

While the plumber arrived late, (he had been called to an emergency call) he came in spite of the late hour, wore a mask removed his boots, was very polite.
He fixed both problems quickly and efficiently.
