Founded by Master Plumber, Frank De Riso, the company's first employees were his wife, Palma, and son, Patrick. In 1986, Frank's son, Michael, joined the company. Patrick and Michael soon became New Jersey-licensed Master Plumbers, and in 2001, Frank retired and turned the operations over to his sons.
