Family built and operated, 3J's plumbing roots go back to 1988.
Joe's mentorship began when his mother and father, Cyndy and Bruce, started "Paradise Plumbing".
Often Joe's chores included organizing fittings in the shop and trucks.
Ultimately, Bruce became a supervising county plumbing inspector for Kona.
He has since happily retired.
Following in his father's footsteps, Joe started plumbing seriously at age 20 and has not looked back since.
