With over 20 years' experience, Joe has worked his way up from project managing and estimating to Executive Vice President/Operations Manager of RKS Plumbing & Mechanical Inc.
He oversees all of our divisions and project managers as well as the office staff.
He currently holds a Journeyman's license (AZ & NM), AZ Mechanical License, & NM Plumbing & Mechanical License.
In addition, he has had previous extensive experience in Design Build, Design Assist, Plumbing Mechanical, and Waste & Water Treatment Plant work.
