Shell Plumbing Company, Inc. was established in August of 2001 by Thomas and Nancy Shell. As a family owned business, our company has grown and is now a member of SWaM (Small, Women-owned, and Minority-owned Business). Shell Plumbing serves commercial plumbing needs such as: nursing homes, senior independent living, senior assisted living, hotels, apartments, and condominiums.
While the majority of our contracts call for new construction, Shell Plumbing has completed numerous large renovations, as well. We take pride in the quality of our work, job site safety (EMR Rate.87), and efficiency in completing each job on time. Our old-fashioned values guide us to perform as a reliable subcontractor.

Faison Residence is an apartment community in Henrico County, near West End.
Faison was a new construction four-story, 45 unit apartment building offering one to three bedroom apartments.
Saint Thomas Aquinas Seminary is located on a 1,000 acre parcel of land in Buckingham County, Va.
This new construction consists of two phases.
Phase One is the construction of all of the buildings surrounding the Church, such as: dormitories, classrooms, cloister, and administration buildings.
Phase Two will consist of the Church itself.
