As is the case with all plumbers except the bad ones, Hoffman was booked solid. But they assured me that they would be out either today or tomorrow, and would keep me in the loop. They called back in about an hour later to tell me that they were still looking for someone to shake loose to handle my problem. Once again they called to make sure I was going to be home, and that they'd be there in about an hour.
Then I got both an email and a text to let me know they were on the way, and the name and photo of the plumber. They took care of the problem professionally and quickly, cleaned up after themselves, and drove off to make someone else happy. All in all, everything was as it was better than I expected. Great communication, great service

We used the dumpster part of their business. Good price on the 7 day 13 yard dumpster. Saved me many trips to the transfer station in Dayton. Mike is the BEST! I've used Hoffman several times, but they were especially good on this last one. We had a seemingly simple problem, a shower drain that we couldn't unclog. Roberto did a heavy snaking and thought he had nailed it, but the clog came back next day. They came straight back within hours and figured out the real problem was a bad trap under the house. They fixed that, charging only for additional parts. You couldn't ask for better service or fairer treatment.

This is the first time I have used Hoffman Plumbing. After reading their reviews I gave them a shot and was not disappointed. I will continue to use them for any future needs. . I couldn't have asked for better service. The office staff was nice to talk to. Richie our service tech was great. Due to weather he called to let us know he was running late. He did a fantastic job....I would highly recommend them.

What a great team. Fast service response, even on a public holiday. Robert. B was the actual guy who showed up on my doorstep. He was polite, knowledgeable and didn't hang around. Pricing is very, very competitive. This is the second time I've use Hoffman's and I don't think I would go anywhere else for plumbing services.

Hoffman Plumbing did a wonderful service at my house! My house was built in the 70's so I didn't know exactly what the problem was with the water, but they stepped through everything to figure out what parts were needed, left to pick up the parts as they found the problem, told me everything that was going on as they found problems, and I had running hot water the same day!

I haven't had many pleasant experiences with plumbing companies until I hired Hoffman Plumbing. They're the best and I will definitely use them again. Even their rates are good. Even though they're very busy, they came to my house the same day and made a quick repair to a broken pipe fitting. I highly recommend Hoffman Plumbing. You can't go wrong with these guys.

The water heater in our vacation rental stopped working on a Saturday, while a guest was in the home. I called a couple plumbers for emergency repair, but Hoffman was was the only plumber to pick up the phone at 7pm on a Saturday night.
They started the repair on Sunday morning and were done replacing the water heater in about 2 hours. Minimal inconvenience for the guests.
Highly recommended, will call again!

If you want a honest and reliable plumber, Hoffman Plumbing is where you should look. My main water line was leaking, Joe came out the same day and emailed a reasonably priced quote the next day as promised. Even though this was a last minute situation, Joe was able to have a crew to my house the very next week (as soon as 811 gave the go ahead to dig).
In only a day and a half, Joe and his crew were able to dig a 90 foot trench and replace our main water line. I will use Hoffman Plumbing for all of my future plumbing needs and you should too! Thanks Joe!
