He was very detailed with his estimate and went above and beyond to make sure I was 100% satisfied with my fixtures, placement, and hardware before installing. He was very punctual and professional both in person and on the phone.
During the install, Joel came prepared, and was finished in a timely manner. He had to install a sink with fixtures, plumb in my dishwasher and water line to my fridge along with setting up a gas line for my stove. After the install, it didn't even look like any one was there! Everything was placed perfectly, there was no mess or scraps, it was move in ready!
