Part of the Jobsite planning is the Jobsite or Pre-task Analysis.
Its purpose is an open discussion on the work activities for the day, the risks associated with the work, how the risks will be mitigated, and then documenting it via the JSA.
The JSA identifies inspection, emergency contact information, and the site-specific rescue plan.
The focus of all this is to discuss what you are doing for the day and how everyone will be protected.
If your work involves rigging, the rigging plan is another required document, outlining how the rope and capstan lifting will be executed.
