I needed a leaky faucet repaired and called Waialae Plumbing as I always do. Danny arrived and he not only fixed my leaky faucet but he also replaced another old faucet that I had been wanting to replace AND he replaced all the valves to my toilets and sinks. It took him all day but he worked until the job was done. How's that for great service?!

My second experience with Waialae Plumbing proved to even surpass my initial one. I am an extremely happy customer. Wish there was an additional Star, cause 6 Stars would be more accurate. This was my second service call with technician Brian T., he will continue to be my requested Go-To-Guy.

Very pleased with Waialae Plumbing - a friend recommended them and they were responsive from the website and the person who took my call was professional and helpful. Not used to this combo since my experience has been the local "I no care" mentality. Nathaniel identified my plumbing issues, made recommendations and even found new issues with a faucet.

He even suggested selecting my own fixtures or using WP's for the kitchen. Since I hate to shop I checked out WPs' which Nathaniel had in his truck. WP said he could show me what they carry when he came for my appointment! Wow! Talk about saving time! Had no idea they had models in their truck - makes a lot of sense for people like me who hate to shop.

I like their membership system too has lots of benefits and saves money if you have to call for help. A good plumber is not easy to find now I don't need to look anymore.

We had to replace our Koehler toilet. Warren was very accommodating in working with me and even snaked out the drain so our toilet could flush better. He and his partner unpacked the toilet and took away our broken one I highly recommend using Waialae Plumbing for your plumbing needs.

I called on Friday morning for a drain clog issue thinking I would get scheduled sometime the next day, but they were able to get my job in on Friday afternoon. Jacob was very understanding, even though what I was experiencing did not make logical sense. He was very efficient and completed the job with no issues.

Our bathtub drain was clogged. Called Waialae plumbing and they came through wihtin a a couple of hours. Our technicians Matt and Daniel were a pleasure to work with. They were quick to remove to clog, very personable and professional. Waialae plumbing will be my go-to plumber from now on.

I hired Waialae Plumbing replace an old garbage disposal with a new garbage disposal and to snake my main drain. I lucked out and had a $50 off special for the month and they were able to come out and see me within 4 hours of my phone call. Patrick Dowd arrived on time and I received a text message with his picture on it showing me who he was and to expect him within 15 minutes of his arrival. He was very kind and thorough and we had great conversation while he fixed my sink. All went really well and I am very pleased and satisfied with this company.

Came in a timely fashion on New Year's Eve to fix a leak in our bathroom sink pipe. Gave a good price to replace two pipes and faucet. Nate was efficient and pleasant. We would definitely hire Waialae Plumbing again.
