Colton Bilderback, founder and lead plumber of Platinum Full Service Plumbing, first started his professional plumbing career working for a corporate plumbing company, but found that customers weren't getting the service and fair pricing they deserved. As a kid growing up in Tacoma, he spent many years of his childhood working plumbing jobs alongside his dad where he learned the values of hard work, integrity, quality service, and going above and beyond to provide outstanding value for the customer.
Those experiences shaped his lifelong dream to carry on the family tradition and start his own plumbing company as a 2nd generation plumber. And in early 2019, Platinum Full Service Plumbing was established to serve the local communities of Tacoma, Gig Harbor, Federal Way, Kent, and many other surrounding neighborhoods. Shortly after launching, the company quickly gained a stellar reputation for providing excellent customer service, the highest quality workmanship, with fair and reasonable prices.
