Answered my call to them on Saturday afternoon of a holiday weekend; offered to come out the next day if needed, or Tuesday if I wanted to avoid the weekend rate (+$100), which was fine with me. Inspection/estimate fee was $69, quite reasonable. Colton, the owner, came out on Tuesday right when promised to scope it out.
It needed materials he didn't have, so he asked if doing the repair the next afternoon would work, which it did. Came exactly when promised, and did the job exactly as promised. Rates are not low, but are competitive with other area businesses. I was very impressed with the responsiveness, friendliness, and professionalism of Dapper all throughout.
