The girl that answered, "Heather, " was very understanding of my "emergency situation."
American Plumbing arrived at my house within 20 minutes of my call.
He snaked out our bathtub/shower drain and left the tub cleaner than when he arrived.
He was polite and efficient.
They left my house with the problem solved by 9:25am.
Not to mention that they took a look at the guts in the toilet and replaced the toilet flush handle for nothing.
This is my first experience with this company, but I can't express how impressed I am with their service and efficiency.
