Established in 1969, C&C Plumbing & Septic Inc. is a two generation family company. When James "Jimmy" Cusic started the company, he and his wife, Phiney Cusic, were running it out of their own home. Jimmy decided to open C&C Plumbing & Septic Inc. because the plumbing company he worked for went out of business. Until about 1972, Jimmy was doing all the plumbing work by himself while Phiney helped handle the administrative duties.
In 1973, Kevin Cusic, Jimmy's youngest son of six children, started working with his father at the age of 17. Kevin was raised around plumbing and worked all the time, including evenings and weekends.
