I would give this company a 0 star if I could. James’s plumbing lied not only through phone, text messages, phone calls which we stated were recorded, he also lied in court today. The company even lied to the BBB. This company is the worst I’ve ever dealt with. One minute because I was robbed after buying my condo and then I had to go to another state to have surgery and I’m also disabled, James stated he would make a payment plan but then the office manager who also lied in court today refused our payment. The attorney who doesn’t even practice this type of law must have know the mastery because he wouldn’t even look at the documents I had which proved his bait and switch tactics. Not sure if James is a racist and doesn’t like the fact that my wife and I are a lesbian biracial couple. I have all the documents to prove my case. I wonder if either his attorney or James knew someone in the court. This isn’t over. I’m going to release all documents online so that people know the real James plumbing company. If there is anyone who can help me to release the truth about the company, I would greatly appreciate it. I’m asking the NAACP and the LGBTQ 🏳️‍🌈 community for support. At this time we are also having financial issues due to my health and have to come up with over $1,500 dollars by next month. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This was my first time using James Plumbing, but won't be my last. Working with them was an A+ experience, Cody was extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable.

They showed up early, which was good! The work was done very good and didn’t take long to finish up. They cleaned up after themselves and cleared away the old toilets. I recommend them and will use again if needed. Thank you James Plumbing!

We've been relying on James Plumbing for several years at our vacation home in North Myrtle Beach. They've handled everything from installing a hot water heater and an outdoor rinse-off shower to unclogging our septic line. Always prompt, trustworthy, and reasonably priced. Highly recommended!

Cody came a few minutes early. He did a great job knocking out four separate tasks. He ensured all four were completed professionally! He needs a raise and a bonus!! First rate company from beginning to end. We needed our sink/dishwasher hooked up after a new counter installation. Suzette handled my (repeated!) calls with professionalism and poise. Steve, our tech, and his assistant, Cody, were prompt, knowledgeable and they got the job completed quickly and correctly. We highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again if the need arises in the future!

I had a water heater issue today. The plumber arrived in less than 4 hrs. He seemed knowledgeable and was very professional and pleasant. The problem was fixed and the charge seemed fair to me. I would definitely recommend them.
