American Drain Works is a company you can trust inviting into your home. Connie has the know-how and the can-do spirit to solve any plumbing problems you can throw her way. Her responsiveness is outstanding and she really takes the time to explain everything she and her team are doing. As an HOA board member and homeowner, I've come across dozens of contractors, plumbers, electricians, HVAC repair teams and more, and no one has ever provided the level of customer service Connie has.
This is the kind of service I expect from family, not from a service provider and yet, here Connie is, fixing my house like I am family! So communicative and comprehensive, so nice, so enthusiastic, with a work ethic and charisma that would make Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson blush. She's in, she fixes the problem, she conveys exactly what the problem was and what the solution is, then she's gone with the wind (until next time).
