Operating as a husband & wife team, David and Kaycee Morales are the owner/operators of Sure Shot Rooter & Plumbing. Having met in Okinawa Japan, while both serving as United States Marines, David & Kaycee have a unique skill set in leadership, problem solving and time management. David has over 10 years of experience in his trade as well as many years operating under pressure where quick thinking and efficiency were needed.
While Kaycee has spent many years operating in the field of organization, media content creating, and customer service. Growing up in the trade as a son to a successful plumber/business owner, David has been involved in this craft for most of his life. In the mid-2000's, Sure Shot was merely a name for a young man's side business of hauling materials to and from locations.
A young man with determination, dreams, an impressive work ethic & the drive to never give up. That dream was put on hold due to the recession of 2008, and a choice to serve as one of the United States finest military members: A United States Marine.

If your toilet randomly runs off and on for a few seconds, it is likely due to a broken flapper.
While the flapper is supposed to drop down and re-seal the tank when enough water has gone through, a cracked or decaying flapper will allow water to keep flowing through and run periodically.
The most common issue that causes a running toilet is a broken flapper.
If the flapper isn't sitting correctly in the tank or isn't raising when the toilet is flushed, it can cause the toilet to keep running after it's been flushed.
