Jason started plumbing at age sixteen, working as a plumber’s helper. He acquired not only skill, but the joy and satisfaction of helping people solve their plumbing problems.
After graduating high school, Jason enrolled in plumbing school at the Allegheny County Master Plumbers Association (AMPAC). It was there that he perfected his skills as a Pittsburgh Plumber. Jason continued working for a variety of plumbing companies in the region, but he became disenchanted with some of their practices and policies. It was then that Jasone decided to launch Pine Creek Plumbing to focus on quality work and create an honest, reasonably priced and reliable service for homeowners.

I had another plumber replace 3 shutoff valves under my kitchen sink 10 months ago. 2/3 started leaking at the valve inlet. I called Pine Creek to take a look and they scheduled a time for the following day. Josh was on-time, professional, and honest. He replaced all 3 valves quickly and verified they were working properly with no leaks. I think I've found my new go-to plumber!

Pine Creek Plumbing was recommended by a person on FB. Calling them was the best choice I could have made. They were able to come the next day. Collin replaced 2 hose taps and capped off a third. The job was completed professionally and quickly. I would definitely recommend them for all your plumbing needs.

My husband and I recently had a leak on coming from our hot water tank. It wasn’t an emergency, but Jason and his team went above and beyond for us and had it fixed within 24 hours of us calling them! I also wanted to mention how lovely the young lady who answered our phone call was! Her name was Melissa and she handled our call like we were family! I had a tankless water heater installed. My house can be a challenge to any installer. Jason and Josh did an excellent job. They worked from early morning until late in the afternoon. The installation is perfect. They kept me informed and asked when any options needed to be discussed. The site was clean when they left. I am a truly satisfied customer. We had a nightmare exterior waterline leak that the city would not cover. Pine Creek is very transparent with costs, understanding of the emotional and physical stress excavations and periods without water can be on a family, and willing to work with insurance and our personal financial situation. We've called Melissa and Jason for every plumbing/gas issue we've had since moving in 5 years ago and plan to continue using Pine Creek for years to come. It's hard to find reliable, communicative and trustworthy trades companies so we consider ourselves lucky to have found them!

Very professional treatment. I had a gas line for a dryer replaced earlier in the week and called them back out for a leaky toilet later the same week. Both times they responded promptly, showed up when they said they would, and most importantly fixed both problems the first time for a very reasonable price. Can't recommend them enough.

Sam was amazing. He did the job that other plumbing companies refused to do. He got in a difficult spot to cut and replace a leak over our HVAC. He showed me what he did and with what he replaced it with. He was professional, well trained and with good knowledge of everything answering all our questions and saving us money in the long term. If we ever have more plumbing problems we know who to call first now!

Very responsive; got an appointment for next day service. Toilet was repaired well, but I took one star off for our plumber not cleaning the toilet well after service as well as not clamping the chain back onto our new toilet handle. (I only found that out after the toilet did not flush properly later that night. I had to twist/tighten it up myself.)

I'm dealing with pinhole leaks from hard water. (West View Water, Ross Township) will be pulling out copper and replacing with PEX. They came for an estimate and pointed out some immediate critical work, what could wait and what was ok to leave as-is. Honest. My Critical work was done same day. On the schedule for the rest. Thanks guys. I slept well knowing I wasn't going to be ripping down another part of my house again!
