Established in 1986, I started my business in the plumbing & heating trade in the State of New York. I worked in Boston, MA and Simsbury, CT in 2004. As an owner operator of a business in the trade field, I pride myself on honesty & integrity in my work ethic. I try to explain each unique situation and give the various solutions & options so that each customer can make an educated decision moving forward. Ken came out to check why a repair wasn't working that someone else had done He looked around and within a couple minutes knew exactly what needed to be done.
Ken replaced my 50 year old furnace with a new, super efficient furnace and installed a new water heater also. He was very knowledgeable and competent and really nice to boot! He also serviced the system for 2 free cleanings.
