First time I called the company was for AC repair. They showed up right away, diagnosed the problem (torn duct under the house) and they came back and took care of the problem same day. When I had plumbing problem, I just stopped by the office. They came out to inspect the issue and to give me an estimate, but end up getting it repaired on the spot.
