I called and Spoke with Larry about a faucet replacement-TODAY! He promised to send a guy out between 1pm and 3pm. At 1:10pm, Jon Smith shows up WITH A NEW FAUCET, crawled into a TINY space, spliced in PEX fittings and was out the door in less than an hour. We are GOOD TO GO. I would recommend these people and they KEEP THEIR WORD! That is golden in these times.

Jon from Alpha & Omega Plumbing came to our home immediately after hearing of a cracked water pipe under our home. We were leaving in a couple hours for a mini vacation. He fixed it within 2 hours! One of my neighbors recommended this local family operation, and I am pleased to report that the quality of response and care and service was exceptional. You do not have to talk to a series of folks who send out one of dozens of unknown and perhaps unqualified workers, but instead will speak to a member of the family; Charlie Ford took my call, was honest about the best time for a visit (which was not an emergency) and personally followed up on all concerns I had about the repair and replacement.
