While he ran into an issue of getting this monster water heater out of a small closet in my garage we joked through the whole things and everything worked out fine. I appreciated his attention to detail and commitment to finishing on time for me to continue my day. I felt Al was very honest and will have him back to replace the main water valve into the house.
I give Al the highest rating. The owner, Al, adjusted his schedule to allow his assistant to make it later the same day that I called. Another plumber I had called was not going to be able show up until next day. The assistant arrived on time at 1 pm and had it installed in about an hour. Everything went smoothly, he cleaned up and hauled old one away.
And the price was lower than the other plumber I contacted. Our water heater had developed a leak in the attic and needed to be replaced. I called Al and he came the next day and discussed how to relocate the water heater from the attic to the garage.
